"Grace, it is Grace, your majesty." She did not dare to give her house name knowing how her father's actions would follow her. Elowen nodded with a hardened face. Grace could see how she was restraining herself.

"Yes, Lady Grace! Congratulations." the word echoed in the large room and in Grace's heart. She knew something wrong had happened and she was the fellow culprit of it.

The room fell into a stale silence until the door was opened again and a knight announced the presence of his majesty. Lucas entered with a smile on his face. His dark eyes enjoyed the uneasiness of his wife as he entered.

"Vincent Welenshire, congratulations." he nodded when Cent stood up and bowed his head. 

"Greetings to your majesty, the sun of the empire." Cent and Grace bowed their heads when Lucas's eyes stopped on Grace. He raised a brow and then looked at Elowen with a pitiful gaze.
