1 Bored Creator

"Countless Eons passed...worlds being destroyed or even universes being erased by powerful beings only to be rebuilt back in their multiverses. It's getting boring to watch it countless amount of times." A human-shaped figure said. This powerful being didn't have human features such as eyes or ears etc. The being only has a human shape with his body being made up of kaleidoscopic colors.

The being was floating in a place void of light, endless darkness is the only thing that can be seen.

"Maybe I could find something to entertain me..." The being thought for some time before getting an idea. "Right! I'll just do that thing that those little beings do..."

After saying so, the being waved its hand and a light orb appeared in front of it. The being then 'stared' at the light orb.

"Congratulations Mortal! You have been randomly chosen from the countless beings in the vast omniverse to meet me. I'll grant you 3 wishes of your choice and in return, you will entertain me." The being said, its voice shook the void.

The light orb flickered as a voice came, "W-what do you mean? And who are you, sir?" The light orb's voice was quivering as it asked carefully.

"I'm the creator of the omniverse and everything within. In your world, I would be known as 'God'. As for the wishes, as I said I will grant you 3 wishes. After that, you will go to a random world, and then I'll watch your adventure as entertainment." The Creator answered, "You wouldn't understand it but being this powerful, I have few entertainments here. I'm alone in this place, I also can't have other beings here in the void as they will perish. The only reason you are still existing is that I am protecting you. But your time here is limited too, so be fast with your wishes."

The light orb was silent, it tried to remember how he got here but he only remembered that he was a third-year high school student who was close to graduating. He is just your average guy with average looks, grades, etc.

He was also an avid fan of animes, mangas, or novels, in other words, an otaku. But he only got into otaku culture for about a year starting from the end of his second year.

He also remembered being run over by a truck after trying to help a kid who was about to be run over by said truck. The thing that is unique about the truck though is that it doesn't have a driver...

"Quit reminiscing about your past. And yes, the one who ran over you is the one you call truck-kun. He is the avatar of one of the strongest isekai and reincarnation gods, the Truck god. You would've been isekai'd too until you've been randomly chosen by me. So here you are in front of me. Right before you say your wishes, I will say it now the chances of you being in a high-level world are high. By high level, I mean worlds like a cultivation-oriented universe or some universe with a high power level. Those worlds contain beings that can easily destroy nations, continents, planets, or even universes. Now that's out of the way say your wishes!"

"Eh?..." The light orb was dumbfounded by what he heard. But he got over it as that's not important for now. "Then for my wishes, I'll go with..."

He proceeded to tell his wishes to the being who just listened to it. After some time, the being finally spoke. "So an upgraded version of the library of heaven's path, the most powerful bloodline suited for sword arts, and a powerful physique. Specifically a physique with infinite potential, highest adaptability, and compatibility with your bloodline? Is this all, I thought you would request some absurd things like giving you some reality manipulation or something more."

The being 'stared' curiously at the light orb. Curious because of the wishes the orb asked him. Of course, the wishes are easy for him to grant but what caught his curiosity was why these wishes specifically.

"Uh, I mainly thought of the future. Since I was given this chance then I will surely cherish it. As for the wishes, it is because I think this will help me more rather than wishing for some world-breaking powers. I could gain such things if I just train for it. So with my wishes, I could easily do those things like bending reality if I'm powerful enough. Well, most of the wishes were influenced by my inner desires like wanting to wield a sword to slay monsters and stuff hehe." The orb answered truthfully.

"Very well then, I shall grant this wishes of yours. Good luck in your second life, young man. You will be in a random world so bye! Also, be sure to make it fun so I can be entertained." The creator waved his hand and soon the orb disappeared. Now the creator was once again left in the void alone.

"Right I should give him basic knowledge of the world he will go to. Oh well, I'll see what world he gets.."

Tai Chu Continent, Kingdom of the Nine States~

Surrounded by lush trees near a river, an extremely handsome young man with long jet black hair that is tied up was sitting down leaning on a tree, currently, he has his eyes closed as he seemed to be sleeping. He had sword-like brows with a chiselled face as if carved from the finest jade.

The young man's attire seemed to be clothes similar to ancient Chinese clothes. Beside him is a traditional Chinese sword.

A few moments later, the young man opened his eyes revealing a deep black color as if it contained the void itself. Slowly, a smile crept upon his face.

"Alright, I've already checked everything and all is good. The library is there and according to its analysis of me, my bloodline and physique are also there. And it seems the creator send me the knowledge of language here so I can easily blend in now. As well as the basics of absorption of spiritual energy. He even created an identity for me, thankfully. So my new name is Wang Qiu...and it seems I will enter the United University of Cultivation via a true god's letter of recommendation...?" Wang Qiu's tone of voice became weird by the end. A wry smile appeared on his face, "How could I go there when I didn't even start cultivating? And I don't even have a cultivation technique. This is bad isn't it...the start of the school year is just 2 months away." he muttered before falling into deep contemplation.

After some time, he finally got an idea. "I should try absorbing the spiritual energy in the air and check the library if it's working. According to the library, I have the bloodline of a divine beast though still partially awakened, and my physique is unique. There's probably no problem if I absorb spiritual energy. Alright, follow the knowledge on basic absorption..."

Wang Qiu followed the knowledge given to him. He sat in a lotus position and meditated as he tries to feel the spiritual energy in the surrounding. And as expected, it was hard for him who didn't even know a thing about cultivation aside from the basics given to him.

But he didn't give up, he stayed in the same sitting position for hours before he finally felt something.

*Whoosh!*

The wind rustled around Wang Qiu, an invisible energy started gathering around him before being absorbed by him. Of course, the amount was pitifully low as he was not using a cultivation technique and was roughly absorbing spiritual energy.

*Whoo!* *Whoo!*

Slowly as time passed by, his gathering speed was increasing, not by much but its progress. He also occasionally checked himself via the library's inspection ability to see if there was something wrong.

After checking that everything is okay, he would continue absorbing spiritual energy. This routine kept on going for hours before he stopped what he was doing.

*Gruurr*

His stomach rumbled, and Wang Qiu finally remembered he still hasn't eaten since he arrived in this world in the morning. Feeling helpless, he stood up and grabbed his sword.

"Sigh...Maybe I could hunt some small animals here or maybe fish some in the river. The problem is, I don't know how to do both." A wry smile appeared on his face, "Oh well, I should try hunting first and if that doesn't I'll try fishing. But either way, I gotta be careful as this is a cultivation world based on the information I got. Hopefully, I don't encounter some bad guys too...but considering that in my hours of stay here and no beast or human attacked me then I guess this place is relatively safe. Otherwise, I would've been dead or attacked already." he muttered softly while observing his surroundings.

In front of him was a river with relatively shallow waters which is crystal clear. He could see the rocky bottom due to the clearness of the water. Sadly, he can't see some fish in his spot.

And behind him are some lush trees spanning far distances. He did notice some small birds flying above or perching on a tree branch.

'Yep, as expected I'm in the middle of nowhere. Oh well, gotta find food...luckily I should be able to see if it's edible via the library's inspection.' Wang Qiu thought before walking following the river downstream. While walking he observed and tried to find some animals or fishes in the river.
