1344 Whose Fault Is It?

The Golden Void Lightning's words exploded in An Lin's mind.

He shuddered and fell into a daze as he recollected all of the gruesome scenes of sufferings and deaths he had witnessed.

"I… I killed them?

"No! I was trying to save them!

"I was only trying to save their lives!"

An Lin clasped his hands to his head, and he shook his head relentlessly as he yelled.

"Save them?" The Golden Void Lightning spoke in a cold voice, "Look at all those people that have been impaled by sabers. They are all the people you abandoned."

An Lin looked down at the countless bodies below. All of them had sabers pierced through them and had died extremely gruesome deaths, and their blood stained the entire ground below crimson.

This hellish scene of slaughter was presented to An Lin mercilessly.

Despair and death were all that remained.

"I… I did this?" An Lin murmured to himself.
