2 I'll Make You The Strongest Demon Lord

"Finally, after five thousand years of being trapped in that orb, I've finally been set free… Human boy, you have done me well!"

Said a deep voice within Me, and upon hearing that, Daku was both confused and bewildered.

I looked around him, but he didn't see anyone, where the hell could that voice be coming from?

"W-who are you? What do you want?" Daku asked, still looking around, only to be met with darkness.

"I am Denchi, the Strongest Demon Lord in the Demon realm, and you have awoken me after five thousand years!"

The voice within Daku spoke as he seemed quite shocked.

I then remembered the story Miss Rina had told us while we were on the bus. Could it really be true? Could the voice I'm hearing belong to the voice of the Demon lord?

Just then, I heard him say, "I was once the strongest Demon lord that ever lived in the Demon realm, but after the great war, my subordinates, and other Demon kings who fought alongside me at the great all turned their back on me and trapped my soul in this orb," he started to narrate.

"They divided my body and Sealed my demonic sword, thereby Placing my powers in a strong Crystal and placing my soul into this orb which you had just touched." He said as I just stood there staring at the darkness as I listened to his words.

"And what does any of this have to do with me?" I asked, wanting just to leave this strange place.

"It has everything to do with your human boy for you of thousands who have come to this mountain were able to feel my demonic powers and able to set me free and because of what you have done, my soul now resides in you… We have now become one."

"What the hell do you want from me?" I asked with an intense gaze.

"Revenge!"

"Huh?"

"I want to exact revenge on those who have betrayed me and had done this to me, I want to make them feel both the pain and anger I have felt for the past five thousand years, but I cannot do that without a body, and you will become that body!"

"Body? What do you mean?"

"I am just a soul without a host or a body, I need a host who is just as powerful as I am, someone who can yield my demonic sword and possess my powers, and you are that host!"

"And what if I refuse to be that host? What will you do?" I asked.

"I can't do anything to you, but even if you were to refuse to help me, the fact that I am already trapped in you still counts. I will be with you until the day you die, and only bad luck shall follow you until you breathe your last breath," he said, leaving me surprised.

"But… If you do agree to help me, then I will grant upon you a 'wish'."

"A wish? What wish?"

"Anything you desire human boy, I am the strongest demon lord after all, I can give you whatever I want with my powers. Be it riches, revenge, even to make a woman fall in love with you… Whatever humans desire, I can bring into you and in return, you help me!"

He said as I just stood there not knowing what to say, if I were to help him that would mean getting Myself entangled with other demons but if I refuse him, I'll live my life in bad luck.

It's not like I haven't already lived my life in sadness but till… I couldn't live with him, what about my family here? What would people think happened to me?

Just then, I heard him say, "Did I forget to mention that I could also bring someone back to life, Daku!"

"What!?"

"I know who you seek the most Daku, you are a boy had lost the only person that brought you happiness and your family has now become that of cold ice… You have no friends and no one who truly loves you, but what if I tell you that I can bring your mother back to life?"

My heart skipped a beat as the demon lord's words sank in. Bringing my mother back to life… It was a temptation I couldn't resist.

The thought of having her with me again, to feel her warm embrace and hear her comforting voice, it was almost too much to bear.

But deep down, I knew there was something off about this offer. Making a deal with a demon was always dangerous, and there had to be a catch. I gathered my courage and looked at the demon lord with determination.

"Bringing my mother back… Is that really possible? And what do you require from me in return?" I asked.

"I already told you, help me exact revenge. I'll send you into my world, you will find my demonic word, my Powers, and my body and once you find my body, I'll transport myself back to my body and let you go back to your world and give you what you wish for!"

His words were simple but also complicated, but he wanted his mom back, he wanted her back so much.

Even if he were to die, At least he would die in a less boring way than he had imagined his death to be.

"Rest assured Daku, I'll help you throughout this journey, and I'll make you the strongest Demon lord that has ever lived."
