Death Of A Dream

Back at the Conscious World, Toby Robinson is still sleeping on his bed, but there was something very wrong with his body. His skin was now extremely pale, and he was sweating profusely, breathing quite heavily on top of it all.

Toby then began to cough, a cough that would not stop even as blood was escaping from his mouth, staining his bed and clothes.

Sarah hears Toby coughing from her room, and she immediately comes to check up on him. She was worried because he had been coughing for a while now, and it seemed that it would never stop.

Sarah Robinson: Honey are you okay? (Sarah said as she knocked before opening Toby's door, seeing her son in a very sick state)... Oh my God! Toby are you okay?! (Sarah asked as she desperately tried to help her son, but he would not stop coughing, or wake up)

Toby Robinson: Cough! Cough! Cough! (Toby coughed more violently, his body now thrashing about)

Sarah Robinson: Come on wake up! You need to get to a hospital! Toby please! Please don't do this to me! (Sarah said with tears in her eyes)

Back at the Dream World, Toby has has now awakened. He sees that he has now been bound to the Dark Horse Signal device, and he lacked the strength to break free from the strong ropes.

Mad Man: I put a little bit of my power into those ropes, you won't be getting away anytime soon. (Mad Man said with a demented smile)

[Cheetah Speed Has Deactivated]

[Big Bear Gang Has Deactivated]

Mad Man: Your slaves are still fighting, even though their numbers have fallen greatly. (Mad Man informed Toby while he watched the battle below, smiling at the effort of Toby's Tamed, for he knew that they would eventually lose)

[Browny Has Been Greatly Injured]

[Cheetah Woman Has Been Greatly Injured]

[Big Papa Bear Has Been Greatly Injured]

Toby Robinson: No. (Toby said weakly)

Mad Man: (Chuckles) Don't worry, Dreamer. I won't kill you, you're far too important. I'm just going to keep you here until my master arrives, even if that takes forever. (Mad Man explained)

Toby Robinson: I told you. I'm not meeting anyone! (Toby said adamantly)

Mad Man: (Laughs) Why not? You two have so much in common. You give off the same, energy, or aura, or I dunno, vibe? Well to be honest your vibe is weaker than his, or maybe it's not, probably is though. (Mad Man rambled outloud)

Toby Robinson: It hurts, everything hurts. The Dream System said my body was in danger, does that mean I'll die in my sleep?... No way, I can't do that, I can't do that to my family! If I leave her and Billy, then I'm no better than he was. I will not die, I will escape from this no matter what! (Toby thought as he pulled on the corrupted ropes, with all the strength he could muster)

The ropes turn red as Toby was struggling against them, becoming as tough a chain, but even still Toby kept pulling on them.

[Cheetah Woman Has Been Destroyed]

Toby Robinson: No... No! No! No! (Toby yelled as he pulled on the ropes even harder, but still they refused to break)

Cheetah Woman was killed by dozens of the Corrupted Partial Dream Beings, who had ganged up to beat her and her goons to death. Not too far away Big Papa Bear is also being overwhelmed, but was fighting strong with the few men he had left.

Big Papa Bear: You all think you're so tough! (Big Papa Bear yelled as he punched away five of the Corrupted Dream Beings)... But my boss is killing your boss right now! So, sucks to be you! (The Villain yelled as he continued to fight through the overwhelming odds)

[Big Papa Bear Has Been Destroyed]

Toby Robinson: Dammit! That just leaves Browny... He'll die. (Toby thought in dread of the possibility)

Meanwhile Browny is still fighting with all of his might, even being overwhelmed doesn't slow down the ferocious Dream Bear.

[Browny Has Activated His Terror Claws]

Toby Robinson: oh thank goodness. There's still time to safe him. (Toby thought as he still pulled on the corrupted ropes that were binding him, refusing to stop until they break)

Browny was mauling and bashing as many enemies as he can, but there were so numerous that it seemed futile to continue fighting, but Browny still did.

[Browny Has Activated His Terror Charge]

Browny's fur begins to burn an ominous red colour, and he leaps into the army of Corrupted Dream Beings, crushing as many of them as he can with his raging might.

Toby Robinson: That's it! I still have one more trick up my sleeve. (Toby realised)... Activate Terror Charge! (Toby yelled as he activated his last Tamed Empowerment Skill)
