4 Chapter 4: The Hub Part 3

As Kel and the captivating creature stood in the empty palace, he couldn't help but glance around cautiously for anything that seemed out of place. As he was doing this, the creature strutted in front of him before coming to a stop right in the hall's center.

She then clapped her hands gracefully, turning her attention to Kel. He frantically tore his gaze away and looked back in the direction of the sinuous creature as he answered, "Yes?"

"This shall be your domain; take it as a show of my benevolence," she boldly revealed, showing a very devious smirk as she posed. Initially unsure how to respond to this formal authority, Kel chose to do so in a manner he was familiar with. He stood straight at attention and saluted the creature before saying, "Thank you ma'am."

The creature paused for a moment before narrowing it's eyes at Kel. Moving in a saunter, she brought her hands up to her hips, which she then arched as she leaned in closer to him and muttered, "My, you are a strange one. I'm beginning to like you." It showcased it's sinister, sharp-toothed smile.

'I can't tell if that's a good thing or not,' Kel thought to himself while remaining in salute. 'Man, I haven't saluted a woman since fourth grade when we had Mrs. Garcia for spanish… oh Mrs. Garcia.'

Unaware of the expression he was making, the creature found it amusing as it asked, "What, are you not pleased by what that entails?"

Kel immediately stopped reminiscing and corrected her before any conclusions could be made, "No, ma'am, you just reminded me of someone I was very fond of."

Smiling widely again and breaking out into amused laughter, the creature teased, "My, is it your mother? Is that the reason you call me 'ma'am'? My, mortals always have the most creative ways to partake in debauchery."

"Well, you see, it's not exactly like—" Kel started.

"And I love it," the creature interrupted, causing Kel to immediately nod his head in agreement.

"You know, they don't make them as debaucherous as me these days."

The creature noted before striding closer to Kel and revealing its long, slender legs from the side of her robe.

'Damn,' Kel thought, quickly reprimanding himself internally. 'I must stay focused, my life and chastity depend on it.'

The creature then immediately went behind him and placed it's hand on his shoulders before leaning its head near his ear and whispering, "There, now, my dear apostle, should you truly bring me the entertainment I seek, I could make all your wildest fantasies come true."

As the creature said this, it slipped out its long, slender tongue from its mouth and began to circle it around Kel's ear. Before even thinking, Kel replied reflexively, "Any fantasy?"

The creature nodded while running her hands all over his ghostly body as it affirmed, "Any fantasy."

Kel gulped at what that suggestion entailed but didn't dare show any excitement. "Then I'll do my best, ma'am."

"I'm sure you will," it nodded, satisfied before pulling away. It's figure vanished and then reappeared right in front of him. It then clapped its hands and muttered, "Sylvia," as she did this, a dark gray orb of light appeared right between Kel and the strange creature.

This orb was roughly the size of a car and caused Kel to move back a bit as he shielded his body, feeling no heat from it or sensing any danger. Somewhat relaxed as the light began to dim, he could roughly make out the silhouette of a female figure.

Rather than look excited, though, he looked incredibly concerned. 'No, please don't tell me she summoned my mother here to carry out some weird fantasy.'

Although the thought might have been appealing to some, Kel had never imagined his mother in that way; his friend's mothers, yes, but his own, never. So he couldn't help but feel a lingering fear about what was going to occur.

As the light finally faded, Kel felt relief as the figure that emerged from it looked nothing like his mother, and was a female he had never seen before. She had long blonde hair, big bright blue eyes, and a rather innocent-looking face. However, she also had perhaps the most voluptuous body Kel had ever seen, though hidden behind a set of elegant green robes with gold trim. Kel could roughly make out her form underneath and wondered how such a thing could exist.

Wanting not to jump to any conclusions, Kel simply stared at the newly appeared female for a moment before directing his gaze over to the creature, "What is this?"

"A gift. A servant to aid you in your affairs," the creature promptly replied. "It is beneath a being like me to explain to you what your duties are, or how you should carry them out. The servant knows all you will need to know. Think of it as my vessel through which you and I can convene."

"Is it not to your liking? I presumd you would've preferred one that's untainted, but if you prefer, I do have quite many that have been thoroughly used by all manner of beast and creature, though they may prove a bit mentally unstable."

Kel immediately rejected the offer, "No, untainted is good. Very good, thank you, ma'am. I will cherish this gift you have given."

"See that you do, and try not to break it too early. I only have so many untainted lying around. Good luck to you, my dear apostle."

Saying nothing else, the creature vanished, leaving Kel completely confused and alone. Looking at the female, Kel couldn't help but frown as he asked, "So, your name is...?"

The female, who had been sitting on the floor, jerked up the moment her name was called and seemed almost panicked. As she tried to stand, she slipped on her own robe due to its long length and fell face-flat to the ground.

Though her fall was cushioned by her more than modest chest, Kel wasn't quite sure how to react, given how the being had spoken about her and referred to her as an object that could easily be replaced, Kel didn't think he needed to be kind, after all, from what he knew about other worlds, the moment the so-called heroes or villains showed kindness to so-called slaves or damsels in distress, they began getting walked all over by episode six.

Already feeling like a doormat to the creature who had just left, he felt like he need to go middle for the road.

In response to her falling, he asked, "Did you break something?"

"No…" The female quickly responded as she raised her head off the floor, her voice sweet and innocent, much like her face.

"Then get up." he bluntly to replied, causing her to quickly stand up, this time more carefully.

She then quickly patted down her dress and gave a deep bow, obviously ashamed. "How should Sylvia address you? As master, somebody, or—"

Kel immediately cut her off by waving his hand in refusal, "None of that. Call me Don Kel."
