Chapter 5 - On the stars cruise vacation ( part 2 )

Don't get Anka wrong.

Although she started to hate the novel, that doesn't mean she hasn't read it. Even though it was very long, almost 3 thousand chapters and even more characters that appear, she knew all what happened in the entire story .

In the end, she loved the world of the novel, the fact that the protagonist disappointed her is another story...

Well, in all the three thousand chapters there was nover the name 'Fahim Verum'. If it was a celebrity, especially one who can travel on this ship, it should be very famous and important.

'This cruise ship is the 'symbol of peace' between vampires and mermaids. It's called 'Pulchra' and it's the most expensive holiday spot in the 'Flower Garden' galaxy. A galaxy harboring planets seen as jewels. The present planet is entirely water only, being a paradise for mermaids.'

The thing in common between mermaids and vampires is their love of beauty, which sometimes progresses to exaggeration. But mermaids like to show off, that's why they seasonally bring beautiful guests to show them the treasures of the collection and the kingdom.

Thus the mermaids accept these stars of the galaxy on one of their planets.

'And the captain of the ship is a mermaid herself, a strict one who cannot accept even a dust in the eye , but also one who worships beauty the most...'

So Anka knew the framework of the scenario in which the system transported her, she knew the characters that participate and can even give a list of important and semi-important celebrities for the next 20 years, but she did not know the name 'Fahim Verum'.

Because of this she panicked for a short moment.

'Did I really enter the novel? Did I memorize the book correctly? Did I miss something? Has anyone else gone in and changed things? Maybe the protagonist was reborn after failing at the end of the world? Maybe another person was reborn?

Her mind was churning out unanswered questions and possible scenarios that had no evidence...

Her face was now pale as hell. Unfocused eyes.

The message was left in the air. Anka did not hear him.

For 10 whole minutes Anka was trapped in her mind, drowning in the anxiety of losing control.

The system was silent all this time, except for the power down prompt it did not try to talk to the host.

After Anka was finally able to get out of the storm of inner emotions, she only had 133 energy points left...

She was wet on the back because of the sweat and that irregular breathing. Her chest hurt because of insufficient air. She quickly leaned against the nearest object. Her hands were terribly cold. Mental fatigue washed over her like waves, clouding her vision. She slowly got down, leaning against the wall and regaining control of her body...

'I'm so pathetic... I had a panic attack from anxiety...'

It took her a few minutes to calm down. Then she stood up with an expressionless face.

'I overreacted.... Whatever comes my way I can handle it.... I'm in control of what I want, I don't have to care about things that have nothing to do with me....'

After saying these things to herself, she took another look at the pregnancy taboo.

Anka quickly looked at the time on the wall - 9:57...

She started running as fast as she could towards the stairs. Now she was on the 2nd floor of the vessel on the west side. It had to go up fast or it wouldn't start well...

She didn't have time to read the map so she had no idea where room 209 was...

She said it in her mind and knocked on the door of the room. While she was waiting for it to open, she arranged a little her wrinkled outfit from running.

With a creak the door opened. A middle-aged man was in front of her. This was a very nice one. If it weren't for the few wrinkles around his eyes, you could mistake him for a young man.

'Captain Grøn Hale...'

The name of the character instantly appeared in her mind.

The captain looked at her face for a moment then let her pass.

Anka enters quickly. Thinking that she was very close to being late. She argued once more in her mind then looked around the room. Nine other people were sitting on chairs in a circle, leaving only one free on the far right, right next to the window.

She quickly went to sit down. Along the way she looked more closely at the people in the room , recognized two of them. One was the person who is ranked 34th on the System board, and the other is a former teammate from the previous team. 

There were 7 men and 3 women in the room without a captain.

When Grøn Hale saw the clock strike 10 o'clock he went to the middle of the seats and began to introduce the things that they, temporary employees, will take care of when they serve the celebrities.

With that the captain left the room, and the 10 people remained looking at each other.

A young man with red hair stood up. He had a joyful air about him, and the smile on his face seemed like a corner of heaven...

- Well, let's start from the first income and go in order ...
