1 Another World :

Max wakes up with a start. Yet he was sure he was dead, first from drowning and then from injuries in the accident. By what miracle did he not succumb to his injuries, be found and fished out by someone and taken to the hospital. Max noticed that around him weren't the white walls of the hospital and that he wasn't in one of their horrible beds either. An immense headache assailed him, an immense quantity of memories and knowledge reached him in an instant.

He understood, Max had transmigrated into the body of an 18 year old young man with the same name. The differences were that the Max of this world had a very skinny body, blond hair and extremely light green eyes compared to his old body with black hair and eyes.
