Friends pt2

Ali's POV

Fuck!! They stopped me. I knew that this was gonna happen.

" we have something for you. And also we need to talk.

(No need to lie, I know what are your plans)

I am really scared but I cannot show them that I am scared. I really miss my friends. and maybe at this moment I regret bullying them.

This girl( big girl) I still remember her. We teased her for her body shape.

I quietly went with them. They walked around whole school as if they were passing the time. Slowly the school became silent. I saw dad from terrace, he also left school. I am now more scared.

They finally took me to the parking lot. That girl stared at me for few seconds. There was complete silence. Eventually one of the girls asked," what to do with her?"

" I have to talk to her first because I have so many things to say," that girl replied as if she was gonna kill me right there.

"so, you remember me?"

" I don't know what you are talking about. you told me that you have something to say." however I could not meet my eyes with her.

" Don't lie 'cause your acting is worst than you."

How dare she...

" just fuck off" I said and tried to leave that place and suddenly a heavy hand caught my hair and pulled back with a great force. I directly fell on the ground.

She suddenly became violent. Her expression changed.

" So, don't you remember me? you bitch. I can tell by this how you failed to graduate. Don't you have your friends? Please call them we want you to bully us like you use to do."

I couldn't respond her. I was imagining the condition of mine after they beat me to the death. My silence made them more powerful and now they started to beat me. If I wanted to do something or defend myself then I alone was too weak to do so.

I couldn't feel anything except pain. Its like I am going to die. I was getting numb. My tears falling from my eyes and its also about to go dry.

A blurry vision of someone behind the gate came in my eyes. I want to ask for help but I can't. My hopes were increasing rapidly to stop this right now.

That person came in. Everybody stopped to hit me and all attention went to that person. She was Kaia...? I didn't believe that person was Kaia. I couldn't decide whether she will help me or not.

They started to talk to each other. I could only hear some words. I relaxed and let my body gain some energy. Kaia.. I could hear her words and it was like she was here to help me. Seriously?? Kaia is helping me.. but why? We never like her neither she does. That thought made me blush to some extend. I remembered that day when she fought against us for Lina. I was sure that she would protect me. My hopes reached to the level that energy generated in my body. I got up as I was laying and sat on the floor. I saw that she was stepping back as three of them were surrounding her. IDIOT!!! you can fight, I just thought but couldn't say it loud.

She finally realized that she can fight and she started fighting. she was really cool and I was very helpless at that situation. When she said let's run then at that moment I was even ready to jump from a building if she said me to. I got up as she helped me. We ran in the count of 3... I ran so fast that was my first time running so far and fast. We reached to the hill point. I saw Kaia running without turning back. Finally we stopped and heavily breathing.

"I could breathe fresh air." she said and I added " yes" then she turned towards me and I thought that today she was my saviour and I said, "Thanks". But she said that she would do the same for anyone in that situation. That made less special. But what was I expecting from her to say...I don't know.

I looked at the sky and it was very beautiful and unusual than other day. Sun was setting.

She said me to stay there and she went somewhere without telling where she was going to. I saw that she was tired and guessed that she might be hungry as well so I went to the nearby store and bought some snacks. When I came back, Kaia was already there and saying, " I said her to stay there....She never..."

Before she waste her words cursing on me I interrupted and lied her that I was hungry. I gave her the food that I bought for her. She bought ointment for me...I was really touched by her action.

That day, She made me think What if we were friends before. She would really take care of me in the same way? or even more...

That moment made me think "can we become close friends?"
