Chapter 9: Beastman Adventurer Part 1

Yesterday, while I was thinking about my future in my room, I ended up falling asleep without realizing it, and I had to be woken up during dinner time. 

After the meal, I took a shower and lay down on the bed, and before I knew it, morning had come.

"I wonder if I relaxed after finally settling down?"

I was kicked out of my home and had to find a place to stay. I was struggling financially, but I was able to live a little better now.

Maybe that's why I was able to let my guard down.

"Hmm, Jin. Why did you stop? Is there something you can't eat?"

"Oh, no. I was just thinking."

When I stopped, Ricardo looked worried and called out to me, and I replied.

After that, I went to the guild to collect yesterday's reward after finishing breakfast.

"Jin-san, you're early again today."

When I arrived at the guild and asked for Fine-san at the window reserved for partner registrants, she came out from the back saying that.

Then, Fine-san led me to the consultation room.

Afterwards, I accepted a request for subjugation that Fine-san had prepared for me and headed outside the capital city. Having already been outside the city several times and possessing knowledge of the game, I headed towards the habitat of the monsters written in the request form and saw a single adventurer engaged in battle with them.

"Fine-san said that the person who was heading to the request here wasn't around today, right?"

Thinking that, as I observed the adventurer, he was being pushed back by three monsters and had sustained some injuries.

"Hey! Adventurer over there! If you need backup, I'll help!"

"Ugh! P-Please!"

The adventurer shouted at me for a momentary glance at the monsters.

After hearing the response, I cast a spell from where I was and drove the monsters away from the adventurer.

Then, I used the wind magic that I had been relying on for the past few days to cut off the head of the remaining monster and kill it.
