The Story is interesting or I've not given up on it after 160 odd chapters, the advancement of the MC is kinda insane with in a year he jumps 10 minor realms and 1 major realm. Need to slow down there buddy.

A very very nice story. Perfect length and perfect place to stop. Charac develop was excellent and peaked at just the right moment for this novelette.

A worse version of Way of the Devil. Gets way too repetitive and the cheat essentially takes way too much resources to give a subpar result. He can barely fight maybe a level above himself but has to use a sect's worth of resources to level up. It trades resources for time but at a subpar rate. The techniques and world are very generic and the plot formulaic. Read Way of the Devil instead (great novel). This should not be rated so highly and I'd say is a 2 or 3 star worth of quality.

I really enjoyed reading this trial read. Make sure to be picked, I will give all my support to the Author's needs for Author to write continuously. But locking chapters only on chapter 20 will give bad impression to Readers.

It's not the best, but it's very good to pass the time. Some people are saying it's a copy of way of the devil, I disagree. Aside from the fact that it has a system that upgrades skills, it's a whole different story.

Its mediocre but good over all the other similar titles. Many things are left without answers but overall it was enjoyable................................

One of my favorites. this novel has transmigration, system, enough fight and bloodshed, a good amount of human relationship but no simping or harem, not too much dependence on people or whatnot. A cultivation world with sects and stuff; the size of the current world is wide enough to keep track and not so small to be disappointed. The main character is to my liking. the first he transmigrated he wasn't that good but not dumb enough to drop the novel :D then with every experience he had, he got more resolute and ruthless. he took every chance he got to get stronger and more resourceful and still do. he's not timid and not overly brave (read it as stupid courage). he has enough brain to not be in a fight every single time and not ball-less enough to be at others' mercy. the main point is there is no romance whatsoever; there's no baggage no burden. yes, he has responsibilities but not that much of an obstruction to his path. that makes the story really good. it is the first time that I wrote a review this long, all because this is a story worth reading much less the other novels I read and dropped, and believe me there are more than 100 books I dropped because of the dumb author. In conclusion, the Story has a good flow, not too fast not too slow, the MC is logical, ruthless, not a lunatic, and of course not stupid, the system in this story isn't overly BUG like but I still have some issues with it, still acceptable. SO READ IT :X

For now, this is a good novel. MC is down to earth, has some moral standards, knows how to act as a proper official when in position. Side characters are not bad either in my opinion and the story avoids some cliches.

A solid webnovel that is actually completed. The MC is not ambitious enough for the story to continue. Once he became no. 1 in the world, he settled down with his family. I just wish there was a little romance to show that he is actually a person.

Slow start, picks pace as it progresses, mc's decisions are not bad. The world is a little confusing and the cultivation levels are only revealed up to next major realm above the mc's current realm. The characters are not that stupid. Some even feel/behave like humans with brains. Summary:Steady progress and accelerating plot. Recommendation: READ.

this isn't a bad read overall, a few translation issues and grammar mistakes, the plot is decent and can be followed by anyone, and the story does not deviate into some silly side plot, it follows its path all the way to its final chapter. I do believe it could have lasted longer if finer details were put into it and would make the story much better, however this is all simple foresight. I think the author did an overall good job, thus I rated it a 4star.
