From chapter 171 onwards it's straight up unreadable, the translation quality took a deep plunge into the abyss, it's no different from mtl now.

It's set in a world where humanity has a fairly weak hold on their villages, and even a town of 3000 can just be wiped out in a night by monsters.

Too generic. World building? Just invent things as you go on. MC is also a typical chinese MC. Hide my power. Blend in the crowd. No thoughts about not being a slave. He just goes on with flow. Its an afk wish fulfilment novel where MC is the only one with 2 braincells. Rest of them have only 1.

At chapter 170, the quality of translation takes a nosedive. Worse than machine translation. The entire chapter is a single paragraph, names change constantly within the chapter. Unreadable garbage.

The book quite literally broke its rules in the first ten chapters. The main character is suppo to be a slave of an organization and have a collar that detects the items they coll from killing enemies yet when he kills a bunch of bosses and gets a lot of loot the collar detects nothing

Translation becomes machine translated starting at chapter 170. Do not recommend reading until its fixed to normal translation. A pity. It was a nice novel before that. Will Review as 1 star to shame this decisivo. Would otherwise be around 4 stars.

I would like to give this story 4* but they just started posting nearly unedited MTLs as chapters without even bothering to lookup translation continuity. This is a translation publishing business that doesn't even bother trying to translate their stories.

all I can is.. if you don't like an MC that has a one track brain cell then don't bother. This is one is a full copy paste cliché with an MC thats got a serious fetish for standing and receiving a beating and the enemies all don't have brain cells. They only live to give away free material, and increase MCs strength. or rather he's defense so he can receive more beatings .

Chapter 171 onwards translation takes a big nosedive. Seems like they give up on translating and used machine translation but it's worse then the mtl sites out there.

It was actually quite enjoyable until chapter 171. From then on the translation quality droped from standard English to garbage machine translator. I will not give more than 1 Star until the translation is fixed

The mc is as bland as it gets. The story is mediocre at best. I wouldn't say it's bad but it's not good either. I won't read it because the mc is going all in on defense even though he doesn't really need to. (like no weapon but only a shield if he level ups all points are put in constitution). All in all i don't really enjoy this novel

I am baffled how anyone likes this garbage, the characters are all flat and boring, everyone is stupid, the MCs plot armor is off the charts, he gets exactly what he needs whenever he needs it, no effort, thought or hardwork involved, if you really enjoy this childlike wish fufillment novel, you are the worst. MC: "i need more exp" Author: "Np here's a monster tide"

I'm sorry to give 2 star rating only. The story is interesting to be honest, it's enough for someone who don't have anything to read. But.... And Once again but... Because of the translation take a dive down, I have no choice to drop it. If you want to read, then read until chapter 170, the later chapter are translated with MTL.

If you've nothing better to do you could give it a read but don't expect a well written story. The MC is OP to the point that nothing matters. The story basically consists of the MC just leveling up so fast that the reader will get whiplash. There is no suspense or meaning to the story. There is just the slightest hint that an actual story might be in this novel in the 20th chapter but I don't know if that'll hold true or is just an accident on the authors part. The world, system, and other characters could be interesting if the author took the time to actually think about them but they are glossed over for the most part.

Another novel where a stupid MC that lacks a highly functional brain gets a very OP system to help his rise to power. Nothing new tbh. The guy doesn't even maximize the use of his system and has a very lazy personality since he is completely reliant on his training avatars. The author and this novel is obviously among the many trash and generic chinese novels in this site that's just here to squeeze out some money.

The story lives up to its low expectations. It is set at a nice pace for the protagonist to get stronger, and I wouldn't say the story is bad by any means. It's a decent feel good novel with its own unique setting. The only issue is that around chapter 170 the quality of editing drops sharply and without any context from the prior chapters before that point, any reader would have a hard time understanding what's happening. overall a 2.6 as my rating states.
