Through the combined efforts of everyone, Rhizen managed to create the Horned Human race, similar to the one that Compass Carburettor had created in the past.
But now, they were geared toward people not from the Apocalypse World, but from the other apocalyptic worlds that the Post-Apocalyptic Dispatch Society would save in the future.
The natives of those worlds would become Horned Humans to gain the power of Nacre and expand their control in fighting against the Systems.
Following that was an External Item that Rhizen named the Tower of Purification. Its primary ability was to absorb a System's power and convert it into Nacre.
But that wasn't all, imbued in it was a power from both Immortal and Truck-Kun, allowing Rhizen to fuel the power of his world's time through it.
