What A Cocky Bitch!

Without them realizing it was already evening when Luffy, Makino, and Uta were more or less content touring Marine Headquarters. Finally, one of Garp's subordinates approached them and told them to come along.

"Hey, Luffy! Are you sure I'll be okay?" asked Uta. She was still worried because they slowly began entering a traditional Japanese building which is the largest building and the center of the Marine Headquarters.

"I don't know, maybe they will actually arrest you as a hostage to get Shanks," said Luffy as he pondered the possibility.

Makino, aware that Luffy was making fun of Uta, laughed while covering her mouth. In the meantime, Uta, who was getting more worried, moved closer to Luffy before grasping his shirt tightly.

Inside, they could find an interior that was very grand and very thick with Japanese culture. Even though Makino and Uta were just amazed and didn't think anything was wrong, Luffy, slightly reminded of his life on Earth, became speechless as soon as they entered the building.

They were finally told to enter a room where Garp and two other people were already inside. Luffy and Uta's bodies immediately shook when they saw a tall, fair-skinned, and muscular man with a long, braided goatee and a mustache.

'Sengoku! I never would have expected to meet this old geezer so soon,' said Luffy to himself, and for some reason, he was getting nervous now.

Uta, who knows Sengoku's identity, could not help but exclaim in surprise, "Fleet Admiral, Sengoku!."

Luffy could even feel Uta's hand gripping his arm more tightly, and she seemed to be trying to hide behind him. But, it surprised both of them when Sengoku, who had been sitting on the chair, unexpectedly stood up before laughing while looking at them.

"hooh, it seems like you two recognize me," Sengoku remarked as he slowly walked toward Luffy and Uta. In the meantime, the confused Makino could only raise her eyebrows while looking at this man with afro hair.

"Garp, is he really your grandson?"

Sengoku looked at Garp once more to confirm, and after seeing his longtime friend's broad grin, Sengoku was convinced. Yet, after seeing Uta's presence, Sengoku's brows slightly furrowed surprisedly.

"Shanks has mentioned to me on multiple occasions that he adopted a daughter while he was sailing. I am assuming that daughter is you, is that correct?"

Uta asked Sengoku in surprise, "Do you know Shanks?" but Sengoku just remained silent before returning to his seat. Soon after that, he ordered another person in the room to accompany Luffy, Uta, and Makino to the rooms that had been provided for them.

"Gion, shoo them away. I want to have a private conversation with an old friend of mine."

As soon as Vice Admiral Gion, the woman who had picked up Garp earlier at the port, saw Sengoku's expression turn solemn, she answered straightly, "alright."

After that, Luffy gave Sengoku one last look before Gion, who was getting impatient, told the three of them to come with her. They were then brought to another Japanese structure, but this one was much smaller and could be considered a house.

"In this house, the three of you will live as one, inside there are many rooms that you can choose," Gion said as she explained while taking a tour of the house before intending to leave, but before that, Luffy, who had been looking at this Vice Admiral with a seductive body, then asked:

"Did my grandpa not leave any message for me?"

"What's the matter, kid? Are you not happy where you are living? Keep in mind that the only people who are permitted to stay at Marine Headquarters are marines who hold high ranks, let alone those who are given the opportunity to live in a house like this."

Gion's rebuke caught Luffy off guard, but still with a serious face, she then added, "Your grandfather said for the three of you to get up early, and join the training with the other marines, from tomorrow!"

Gion, who was about to leave, stopped again when Makino shouted, "Does Garp want me to join the training too?"

Gion gave Makino a side glance before making the sarcastic remark, "I don't care, and I don't know you either."

"What A Cocky Bitch!" Makino muttered angrily when she saw Gion already walking away, and Luffy, who didn't want to bother with this, hurried Makino and Uta inside the house.

As Gion mentioned, this two-story house with a Japanese atmosphere has many rooms. The yard is also quite big, with green grass that has been cut short and a fish pond. Additionally, there is a plant that is similar to a Bonsai, which Luffy is familiar with.

Since it was their first night at Marine Headquarters, Luffy decided it would be best for them to all sleep in the same room. Makino then began laying out three futons while also preparing for other things, such as storing their belongings and cleaning up the dust that was still left behind because this house seemed to have not been occupied for a long time.

Meanwhile, Luffy and Uta were taking turns taking a bath, at least that's what Makino was told, but in reality, the two naughty kids were taking a bath together and doing perverted things that Makino was really worried about.

If Makino listens carefully enough, she can hear a faint moaning and the obscene slapping sounds of two objects colliding with each other coming from the bathroom, but this woman is still busy cleaning up with a smile on her face as she intends to cook Luffy something he likes tonight.

"That Bitch, just because she holds a high rank, she thinks she can act whatever she pleases, and right from the beginning, I already knew that she was nothing more than a THOT!"
