Is this really the famous red hair pirate?

When Luffy saw Uta crying loudly, he became a little baffled about what to do, especially when Uta mentioned Shanks' name because, for some reason, he had a bad feeling something would happen next.

Makino, who didn't know what was going on, was also surprised when the little girl in front of her suddenly started crying, but apart from that, Makino's body shook violently when she heard Shanks' name come out of the little girl's mouth.

Makino started to break out in a cold sweat as she thought, 'This is bad. I remember that at that time, Luffy said he met a pirate who was a little girl, and if it's true, then the only pirate who is anchored in Foosha village is that red-haired pirate,'

But before Luffy could respond, Uta, who was still sobbing, started running into the bar. When Luffy and Makino followed in surprise, they both didn't expect the inside was already full of pirates.

The members of the red hair pirate crew glared at Luffy and Makino as soon as they saw them. They also showed their most menacing expressions, and some of them were getting ready to pull out their swords and rifles, respectively.

In this tense atmosphere, Makino looked nervous, she even started holding Luffy's hand tightly, as if she knew that these people were very dangerous, but on the other hand, Luffy only slightly raised his eyebrows in surprise when he started to see all the faces of the red hair pirates.

'They really are a red hair pirate crew, and I even recognize some of them, like Vice-captain Benn Beckman, the fat Lucky Roux, Usopp's father Yasopp, and several other crew members.'

After that, Uta went up to a man with red hair who was sitting at the bar counter. The lighting in the bar was a little dim, and the man was also wearing a straw hat, so it was hard to see his face clearly. But everyone could see the smile on his face.

Shanks just laughed while stroking Uta's head, and after that, he started to get up from his seat before slowly walking towards Luffy, Makino who could feel the approaching danger, hurriedly stood in front of Luffy and said:

In order to get a better look at Makino, Shanks lifted the brim of his straw hat ever-so-slightly, and for a moment, it seemed as though his eyes shone a peculiar glint. However, it quickly vanished as he coldly said:

"In that case, it depends on what this boy has done to Uta, and from there, I will decide."

After being cornered, Makino quickly turned around and asked Luffy in a panic, "Luffy, you didn't do anything, right?"

But Luffy, who is now the center of everyone's attention, did nothing but stare at the red-haired man who slowly walked towards him. His eyes were fixed on this man named Shanks, particularly the straw hat on his head.

"Hey kid, if you stay quiet like that, I don't know if you're scared or brave, but judging by the expression on your face, it looks like the latter," said Shanks as he walked past Makino and stood in front of Luffy.

Shanks is a tall man with a dashing physique, almost touching 2 meters. Even though earlier he displayed a casual and relaxed demeanor earlier, Shanks appears more intimidating. Even Luffy, who had been acting calm, started to get nervous, and sweat began drifting from his temples.

"Alright, let me ask you this, what have you done to make Uta cry?"

Shanks even squatted down in front of Luffy, showing his slightly wavy red hair with a parting in the middle and a scratch-like scar on his left eye. Luffy even took a few steps back before nervously answering:

"I didn't do anything... I just commented that girl had an ugly voice, but she became upset and started crying instead after trying to hit me but failing."

After hearing that, Shanks's expression changed, and he began to lower his head. Makino was also taken aback and became even more concerned that these pirates would hurt Luffy after hearing that, but this atmosphere somehow felt a little strange.

'why… why did they all become silent? what happened?' Makino was curious, and soon something surprising happened when Shanks suddenly burst out laughing, followed by all of his crew.

"That kid even said you tried to hit him but failed. No wonder you asked Shanks for help... hahahaha."

Unexpectedly, what Makino was worried about didn't happen, and this caused her to go into shock when she saw the pirates who looked fierce and intimidating before but now looked like the humble and normal villagers she had always met.
