Is it Shanks?

That day, Foosha Village, which had always appeared tranquil and serene, now looked deserted. Even the villagers were rarely seen hanging around outside, and the only people seen doing so were a few men who seemed worried as they walked back and forth in the middle of the village.

Everything that happened was due to a rumor that a pirate had arrived in their village, and the rumor turned out to be true when some of the villagers investigated it further to see it themself.

They discovered a fairly large ship with three large masts, one mast in the back that was used to set the direction, and white sails emblazoned with an image of a skull with crossed swords on each of the masts.

The ship's appearance is made even more menacing by the figurehead, which is a beast with pointed teeth and two long white horns that are mounted on the bow of the ship.

Makino, who was still busy washing the plate and glass, responded, "Luffy, can you get the village head some water? And also, please get me a small bag in the cupboard downstairs."

"Okay."

After that, I started to pour a glass of water for the village chief, but the old man wasn't happy with it, so I poured it a few more times. After that, I took the small bag Makino had been referring to.

As I tried to get a feel for the small pouch in my hand, I thought to myself, 'looks like it's filled with coins.'

When I got back to the bartender counter, Makino was already there, talking to the village chief, who had a grave expression on his face.

We both waited until evening, and since the red hair pirates didn't come to this bar, so after dinner, Makino told me to go to sleep soon.

Since then, many things have happened, including the fact that Garp left the village to return to his responsibilities as Vice Admiral, the appearance of Uta was so unexpected, and the red-hair pirates showed up all of a sudden.
