1 Chapter 1

"Damn!! Is this really the end of season 1?" I brushed my face out of irritation with the pillow beside me as I complained about the novel I really like. It was a very popular novel called 'The Angel They Adored'. Its great but sadly, they'll start the season 2 next year so to make it short, its on hiatus.

The heroine of this novel is very fantastic and I like her so much. Many young men were astonished by her kindness and fell for her but of course there's also a lot of women who hated her and that include the greatest villainess, Princess Lalaince Ledecia. Princess Lalaine is a very devious woman. She hates it whenever a certain someone gets adored by everybody so she tried to harm the heroine and even tried to kill her.

I really hate her.

or so what I thought before reading her point of view.

On the last chapter of the novel, for the first time, the villainess reminisced her life while dying on the hands of his long time love, Duke Finiell.

Princess Lalaine was the only daughter of the current emperor, Maxilla Ledecia and the late empress, Elaine Ledecia. Empress Elaine formerly known as Elaine Villadona was a princess of an allied kingdom Helliporña Kingdom. She was loved by the emperor so much but she died while giving birth to Princess Lalaine causing the emperor to despised his daughter.

All in her life, she never received a single warm look from her father. She was even neglected in a rusty palace with only two maids and no knight to protect her.

It was truly a sad life.

A daughter who only wish to have a little attention from a father but never granted once.

And so when she turned 6, she was placed in a better palace and was taught by everything. And thinking that her father finally loved her, she hurriedly went to hug the emperor. But in contrast of what she expected, the emperor was furious by what she did so she was sent to a prison and stayed there for 3 months.

On that moment, the girl who only wants an attention, changed into a devious princess.

I lie down once again and think about how hard is it to stay in a prison for a six years old girl not to mention, it was the father who sent the daughter to that place.

Since I was an orphan, I know how it felt to live by yourself. But on the princess's case, she have a family, but never acted like one and even caused her to suffer more. It was harder.

"Why did I even exist if all I'll feel is pain" I utter the last words that she said on the novel.

I can feel her sadness and pains.

*Tok Tok*

"I'm coming" My thoughts were paused when I heard a knock coming from the door of this apartment.

"Delivery from shoppee"

"Oh sorry? but I didn't---"

It hurts.

"W-what is"

I was stabbed. Is this really the end of my life? I'll die just like the villainess on the novel?

Once again, I remembered how similar our life is..

Maybe this is also the end of my life.
