Tragedy

*CRACK*

"Mama!" a little girl with short black hair who looked no older than six cried as she stared at a mature looking cat girl with black hair and similar features as her. The woman could only smile at the little girl as she felt her life fading. She then started to write strange writings with her blood.

*FLARE*

The fire started to spread into the room next door that had many dead bodies lying about. In the center of the room was a man with vampire teeth. A flaming spear staged through his heart propping him upright.

"My baby girl. Know I and your father have and always will love you and your brother since the day I gave birth to you both." The Cat girl said as she took out a necklace and two rings from between her breasts and put it in the little girls small shaking hands and hugged her tightly. "Please live of your own morals. Now Go. GO!"

The little girl turned around and ran through the burning house and out a secret door in the wall while holding the rings and necklace as tightly as she could.

She ran through the forest in a daze. She eventually got to a man made tunnel that led into a sewer with a boy who resembled the girl and looked to live in the forest all his life was standing tapping his foot impatiently. "Well. Where's Mom and Dad?" The boy who looked no older than five years old said with a worried but impatient tone.

"They're Dead." The girl said quietly causing the boy's eyes to go wide and tears stream down his face. He the grabbed the girls hand and fled into the tunnel. The sound of wolf howls close behind.

Deep into the dark tunnel the sound of two sets of small foot steps and heavy breathing could be heard. "Why... are we... running..." The little girl asked clearly out of breath.

"Werewolves. They're hunting us from what I can tell. So can you stop making so much noise." The little boy said in a harsh whisper. The girl shut her mouth and looked down as they ran.

They eventually, after many twists and turns, got to a man made underground river. The boy looked at the river them back the way they came. "I think this is about the only way out of the werewolves sniffer." The boy said with a serious face.

The girl chuckled which made the boy blush "W-what!" He asked with an aggrieved expression.

"It's Nose not sniffer" She said as she flicked his nose and stole the stick in his hand.

"Hey! That's my favorite staff! What are yo..." His eyes went wide with shock with what she did next. She took a nail that was on the floor and carved Symbols into it. "Megami. What did you do to my favorite Staff!" He yelled a little to loud. Suddenly they heard a large group of footsteps.

As soon as she saw the figures running towards her she threw the staff at the group. As soon as the werewolves clawed at the staff they heard a woman's voice as if from the heavens.

An-Alqueth-Oron

The whole world froze as Megami pushed her brother into the river. "See you on the other side Mamoru!" She said as she fell in with him.

Megami woke up to her brother screaming as she immediately got up to see what was wrong and saw a needle in his right eye.

"Calm down, calm down." She said as she put Mamoru against a rock grabbed at his face and pulled the needle out. His eye along with it.

She ripped a bunch of leaves off a tree and used them to stop her brothers bleeding. She got up and and started carrying him with her toward a direction with tall buildings.

As soon as she entered the city she notice how clean it was and went into an alleyway and went to the nearest person to ask for a towel.

The person she asked wasn't human nor beastkin, they were a humanoid alien race her eyes were a light blue twilight and she was smaller than Megami but still looked to be around Six to seven years old. Her race was known as Kamatose. They had smooth skin and came in many colors but it all depended on the poison they were exposed to growing up. The had incredible natural strength and had tentacles for hair that the used for escaping along trees in there home planet.

Megami started to wondered how she met such a talkative person but the only thing she could think of is that it was for her brother.

"So you see, My race the Kamatose are very good with poisons and medicines, so friend what do you need help with? Oh my name's Kana by the way" Megami looked at the girl in front of her and grabbed her arm with her dirty hand of dried sewage water and dragged her to her brother who Megami knocked out to prevent him from screaming in pain even though you could still tell he was a lot of pain from his strained face.

When Kana saw him she immediately ran over to him and picked him up but soon saw a glass shard in front of her face. She stopped and stared at Megami who had a murderous look on her face.

"What do you think you are doing with my brother? Hmm! How would you like me to cut you apart?" She said as she tilted her head.

Kana could tell she was being deathly serious. "I-I w-w-was p-planning to bring him to my father who is a doctor!" She said scared out of her mind.

When Megami saw how scared she was she decided to trust her for the time being but then the world went dark.

"Mhm" Megami woke to the sunrise and sat up. She got out of a queen sized bed and walked across her room that was as big as a bed in a nobles bedroom in a fantasy manga.

She stopped in front of a poster and hit a few places. It then opened up and revealed a hidden room with pictures of a male Vampire with an arm around a beautiful Cat girl and Two you children below.

The older looking child was a girl with black hair and a cat tail but no ears and the other was a young boy with cat ears and tail.

Megami looked at the picture with a warm expression. She gently picked it up and looked at it.

After a while she set it down and walked over to the middle of the room. Her body began to glow a misty white as 4 clones of identical to her walked out of her. They walked to the 4 corners of the room and pushed a section of the wall at the same time.

A section of the floor rose and a mannequin that had her body type appeared, on it was a black sweat shirt with a grey jumpsuit underneath and some very high tech glasses around the neck.

"Hello there beautiful. I'll be taking you clothes for awhile but I still think you're sexy anyway" She said as she took her clothes off and walked over to change into the new ones then got ready to leave.

Before she left she looked over at the picture one last time before closing the door to the hidden room and jumping out the window.
