I looked up from my watch and told Alniam, my Source System to put it in my secret folder.

"You ready to go?" Ayumu asked.

"Yep!" I replied as I shot up from my seat and walked with her to go on our da-... outing.

As we left the house and traveled deeper into the kingdom I spotted the forest I ran through to get here. It was a long line that looked like a border but there was no path from one side to another.

"Hey Ayu. Why isn't there a path in that forest?" I asked as it has been on my mind for a few days.

"Oh you mean that forest? Never go there as it is a cursed forest. Once you go in, you can never leave due to an ancient barrier that keeps you in. Because of that it is called 'The Trapped Forest of the Gods or for short, Forest of True Gods."

Megami began to sweat profusely. 'Didn't I run through that forest? How the he'll did I get out?' Megami wondered.

"You were probably able to leave because of us Megami. We were latched on to you soul for a long time after all." Reaper, the God of Death said.

'Oh' thought Megami as they spotted a town ahead.

"Welcome to the capital of Phel Megami." Ayu introduced as we stepped onto the square tile pavement.

"I thought it would be far away. Why is it so close to your house Ayu?" I asked Ayu

"I guess you didn't notice the magic spell active." She replied with a smirk.

Megami looked at her with question marks over her head. 'I wasn't able to sense it? If she can get past my sense then it just makes her more attractive!' She thought with a blush.

"The Phel Kingdom spreads all the way from the entire grassland region to Esphia el, and Akphia Desert." Ayu replied "Since I am the kingdom's guardian I am allowed an estate but since of ancient demon heritage I have to remain hidden from people."

Megami noticed a sadness wash over Ayumu. Her pointy ears lowered and tears threatened to fall from her beautiful eyes that lay under her enchanted cloak as she pulled it's hood down to hide her face. I walked in front of her and gave her a hug, while making sure to take advantage of her moment of weaknesses to lose myself in her cleavage.

"Huh?! W-what are you doing?" Ayu asked with surprise. She looked down at me with her deep ruby eyes that have captivated me since I met her.

"Apples... W-WHAT? O-oh, um, ahem. I-I saw you were sad so I gave you a hug- not something malicious at all." I exclaimed, averting my eyes.

Ayumu giggled and wiped drool off my mouth. "Maybe you should say that when you don't have drool on your mouth." She said and continued walking, then she stopped a few meters away with her back to me, and looked back at me with a gentle smile and her ears flush red "Thank you. Megami."

After showing me the streets in the capital that sell good Veggies, Weaponry, Pots, Pans, Flowers, Herbs, Paintings, Meat, Bread, House Decor, and pretty much anything that can be sold in a street stall. She even guided me on basic business sense and how to get the best deal. We then went to some clothing stores and tried on some dresses and then we bought some grilled kabob with meat and veggies that I have never tried before. In the evening we walked to a fountain laughing about our past stories that we had.

"Hehehe. So you're saying that no one was able to catch you?" Ayu laughed

"Nope! No one was able to catch me and they even gave me a dorky name. Coffee Runner!" I said proudly.

"What weird name is Coffee Runner? They could at least think of something better." She asked giggling.

"I agree." I said with a smile. As I looked at her with the fountain behind her I felt my heart speed up at her beauty. I have never had this happen before. What is this feeling? I feel like my heart is about to pop inside my chest from it beating. It hurts but at the same time I want more of this feeling. I took a step towards her, to follow this new feeling.
