Zhang Chyuan Jun was the head of the National Security Bureau's special investigation team. He had thick eyebrows, a square face, and a stern expression. After receiving the police's emergency call, they rushed to the scene immediately. They pulled up the cordon and blocked off the entire Junting Grand Court.
