Eva swallowed hard, a knot of unease tightening in her chest. Tears welled in her eyes, silently trailing down her cheeks. 

She longed to distance herself from Xylon, to retreat into the solitude of her own thoughts, but she found herself compelled to follow him as he strode towards the cabin.

It was evident to Eva that Xylon harbored animosity towards X, and that animosity likely fueled his decision to end X's life. The notion of X being a demon felt like a fabrication, a convenient excuse concocted by Xylon to justify his actions.

As they neared the cabin, a sense of unease settled over the landscape like a heavy fog. 

Just as the structure came into view, two shadows emerged from the distance.

Xylon's keen gaze honed in on the scene unfolding before them, his eyes narrowing with concern.
