5 Chapter 5 Sarah

I woke up crouching my dragon doll hard squishy it as tears started to flow down my eyes .I know its hard I already know it.To find out about people secret and to experience it was never easy.I took a deep breath while collecting back my thoughts.So is the man Sarah father ?was I in Sarah dream? I sigh not sure what was my next step…

The very same day I went to school I saw Sarah beside me .She was bright and cheerful her usual self.I am not sure on how to lay down the topic or how to even approach her.While I was pondering on how to approach "Ring" ah lunch time was here I say to myself.Looking at Sarah who was dozing of on her sit.I look at here she must be tired looking at here while gently giving her a slight nudge to wake her up .Gently whispering in her ear Sarah is lunch time you want to eat something ? I ask.While Sarah slowly open up her eyes confuse and half awake understood my words just gesture me her wallet "Just buy me anything to eat " Sarah said with a muffled voice and sleep back.

I went down to the cafeteria while I was skimming thought the menu no idea what to eat ah lets see fried rice,chicken rice oh Nasi Lemak oh lets go with that .Without thinking I brought two packs of Nasi Lemak and head back to class.When I return to class I saw Sarah was already awake and is there on her sit waiting for me."I am staving"she said eying at the two packets I brought."What did you buy?" she ask.I put down the food to her while giving out her fork and spoon.Oh "Nasi Lemak" I said answering her question just when I said those word Sarah face felled like the whole world abut to perish.Without giving a second thought I start to eat me meat but when I turn to my right ,Sarah hands were shaking while trying to scoop up the rice that I brought."You ok?"I ask looking at her with a worried look.When she started her first bite she broke down and cried.At this time I am not sure what to do .I am idiot I said to my myself.

I look at her I don't know why. I just hug her tight to be honest my arm are trembling as I could not really handle real life emotion.We just stood there what seem like a eternal time was just a few second.Sarah look at me trying to stop her self crying while I handle her tissue from my bag."You ok ?" I ask.She look at me nodding her head."Sorry" she said "What for" I replied back.

She look at me a sad smile appears on her faced "Veronica I have something to tell you" she said biting down her lips while telling me her story.

She gave a deep sigh while her voice was trembling "My dad could not made it anymore. "her voice was quivering. "My dad was my pillar of support the only one who understands me what am I going to do Veronica ? This time she hug me while her whole body was shaking and sobbing uncontrollably.

I gave her time when she done we went to the toilet to freshen up." V can you keep this a secret ?she ask looking at me.I nodded my head ,surprised that she call me that no one call me that even my closest friend.

When the school bell ring. Finally home ! I said I really need a bath after this ! As I straighten my hand and leg.Sarah slightly pull my skirt " V can you company to the hospital" she ask as she avoided all possible eye contact. "Sure,I said I will just made a few phone call.
