Rouyun silently stared at his paws, he slowly lifted his gaze to meet the eyeless white blob.

"Hehe" he laughed coldly with his sharp fangs poking out, a mysterious glint flashing.

Rwo felt a chill run down it's non existent spine. Coming to realization that it had a upper hand, it gleefully jumped around in front of the now transformed dog.

"Haha! I think this is a good thing actually, you look well behaved-" it was cut off with a screech when Rouyun lunged forward biting down on the system, sinking his teeth deep in while giving a head shake.

"AHHHHH! STOP STOP!!" The system yowled in pain, tears leaking out that it didn't know it had.

Rouyun scoffed as he opened his mouth to free it.

"Turn me back." He icily spat.

The system weeped as it lied down.

"Can't!" It felt pitiful, it felt unjustified! It must get revenge one way or another!

Rouyun gave a look, 8 points threat and 2 points unknown.

He bared his fangs, scaring off the system into a puddle.

It quickly changed its mind of revenge.

"I didn't turn you into a dog! Believe me!" Seeing that the host doubtful, it showed a hologram like game screen.

"Look, this was assigned by the system God. I can't do anything about it." It quickly explained seeing Rouyun becoming impatient.

"I'm just a newborn system, you're my first lovable host!" It hesitantly rolled to Rouyun, trying its best to suck up.

Rouyun clenched his teeth, "And?"

Rwo gulped, "And I don't have access to pick your form... or anything really. B-but! As you complete missions, I level up and I'll be given special rewards and benefits." It giggled and drooled in excitement.

Rouyun deeply sighed, sitting down with drooping ears.

"How did I get mixed up with an idiot?"

The mood became low as they sat and thought about different things. The system checked itself in a sorry state.

Rouyun racked his brain around when the hologram screen in front of him changed to the mission and points.

Looking over the mission task, he thought profoundly. He opened the system shop with a nonchalant attitude before rising up.

"How can the most basic items be 10,000 points, the mission doesn't even make 10k!" Rouyun gaped at the system with a stupefied look written on his face.

The system quickly responded, "There's nothing I can do about that, I'm just a new born system wuwuwu"

Rouyun was losing any hope he had left.

"But, there are hidden side missions, maybe you'll find one!" Rwo tried to comfort him only to be swatted at. It rolled away weeping.

Rouyun wanted to sink himself but he liked living even if it was difficult. Especially difficult with the brain damage system.

He worked his brain trying to think only for his head to throb in pain.

Clenching his teeth he shouted for the system to return.

Rwo stiffly floated in air above Rouyun, worried he'd jump at it again.

Rouyun had a deadlook in his eyes as he overlooked the systems behavior.

"Tell me the plot and what plot point I'm at."

The system quickly changed the interface, showing scenes of the original plot.

"As you already familiar with the storyline, I'll show you some important plot points." It dared not boast, learning it's lesson from the pervious times.

The scenes hurtle passed quickly but the rising emotions in him could hardly be kept down.

It was one thing to read but actually witnessing the story felt real. He liked Fengxi but he was just a paper man, nothing but words made up.

The scene before him played out countless times but the times before that, a small candle of hope that things would change, if he just wait a little longer.

Rouyun spoke with a dry voice, "Get to the ending and show the scene."

The system lowered itself, peeking at Rouyun. Even though it pitied itself, it pitied Rouyun more.

It changed back to show the stories real Fengxi.

[The sound of rain grazed cross his heart as it laid bared.

Lighting flashed, showing Fengxi's heart wrenching face.

His smile didn't reach his eyes, "Minou." He rasped out, barely audible above the thrashing rain.

Minou raised his head but never once did he looking Fengxi in the eye.

"You're a calamity. Nothing good comes from you. Why don't you just die?" Minou's words were harsh but his voice was sweet, as if talking sweet nothings to a lover.

Fengxi clenched his fist, his nails sinking into his skin as he lowered his head.

"Please, just stay with me. I'll give you anything you want, just be mine."

"Don't let that bastard take you away from me!" He raised his head, eyes burning with hatred and love.

Minou laughed angrily, "What bastard? You're a bastard!"

Fengxi raised his hand, softly caressing the other man's face gently.

Minou slapped his hand away with disgust. "Don't touch me!"

Fengxi paused before eerily smiling, thrusting a knife deep into the man he has been longing for 15 years.

The rain covered his tears as he laughed in a frenzy.

"I'll be waiting for you at the other side."

Minou spatted out blood, lowering his hands to his gaping chest. His eyes bulging out in horror.

Minou tried voicing out until Fengxi slashed his throat.

Blood sputtering out as Fengxi held him in his arms.

Stroking his hair, kissing his head.

As he watched the life in Minou eyes go out, he stabbed the knife into his heart, a smile hanging on his lips even to his death.
