CHAPTER 9: BE MY WIFE AGAIN

"I will let this slide—the fact you dare to point your sword at my brother. I understand you are just doing your job. However, when I said to lower your sword. Just do so..." Shandri gazes dreadfully.

Nathan sits again on the couch and holds his knight's hand holding the sword.

"Stand down."

The knight follows his order and sheaths his sword again.

"I guess I deserved the punch for being a jerk," Nathan said smirking.

"Good, you know," Dustin cut him off.

"However, I am still a king that needs to be respected," Nathan said threateningly.

"Hah! As if I would be scared of the likes of you," Dustin smirked.

"Dustin please leave us for a moment," Shandri said.

"What? I won't leave you alone with that guy!" pointing to Nathan.

"Don't be so rude to his majesty."

"B-but, sister..."

"Dustin, please? I will just listen to him so that everything will end now."

"Tsk! Fine!" Dustin left the room.

"Your brother is quite protective and feisty."
