Upon reaching the police department, Obito noticed something amiss. Instead of Uchiha clan members, the building housed only a few masked Anbu.
"Who!" Startled, the Anbu stood up as Obito entered, but before they could react, Obito swiftly incapacitated them with powerful punches and kicks. In mere seconds, the police department was devoid of any living occupants except Obito.
"Why are there no members of the Uchiha clan?" Obito pondered, unaware that the Anbu had taken over the Uchiha's police department. Oblivious to the clan's banishment, he had expected to find Uchiha ninjas here.
Nevertheless, he chose not to delve into the matter further and exited the small building. Obito, opting for a nearby dwelling, activated his Sharingan, scanning the surroundings with intense pupil power. However, his search revealed no Uchiha ninjas; only ordinary people—old, young, women, and children.
"What's going on here?" Obito was increasingly puzzled. Though he continued to explore the area, the abnormal absence of Uchiha ninjas left him perplexed.
Deciding to take matters into his own hands, Obito approached one of the houses, intending to carry out a massacre. Yet, just as he was about to proceed, he paused, sensing two familiar chakras nearby—both possessing the Mangekyou Sharingan.
With quick decision-making, whirlpools appeared in Obito's eyes, and he vanished in an instant.
At Uchiha Izumi's house, Uchiha Itachi and Tiehuo engaged in a fierce battle, utilizing pupil power, illusions, and physical skills. However, Tiehuo's Eyes, capable of manipulating Amaterasu flames, posed a formidable challenge for Itachi. With only one eye left, Tsukiyomi, and the other yet to awaken, Itachi found himself at a disadvantage, both in terms of chakra and experience.
Uchiha Izumi, hiding behind a tree, contemplated seeking help. As a student in the ninja school, she lacked combat experience but had been summoned due to the Sharingan. Witnessing Itachi's violent behavior, she felt frightened and lost. However, she recalled Itachi's words about his intentions to eliminate the clan and decided to run for help.
Meanwhile, both Itachi and Tiehuo were consumed by their internal struggles. Itachi, grappling with self-doubt and resentment, felt that if he couldn't defeat Tiehuo, it would challenge the strength he believed in. On the other hand, Tiehuo, despite feeling fatigued, reveled in the boost the Mangekyou Sharingan provided to his abilities.
Amid their battle, an unexpected presence appeared—a vortex materialized, and Obito emerged. Observing Tiehuo's Mangekyou Sharingan, Obito considered the possibility of taking both Tiehuo and Itachi.
Tiehuo, sensing Obito's arrival, became vigilant, realizing that this masked man was likely Itachi's ally. In a fit of rage, he berated Itachi for seeking external help and claimed that Itachi no longer deserved the Uchiha name.
As the tension escalated, Obito, glancing at Itachi, recognized that the illusion he had cast was almost untangled. However, his attention was diverted when he sensed another familiar force nearby—another set of Mangekyou Sharingan.
"Another one?" Obito was astonished. In a clan where the Mangekyou Sharingan hadn't appeared for years, four pairs now manifested simultaneously.
