"Is this really me?" I asked no one in particular as I stared at myself in the mirror. 

"Yes Rica. For the third time, it is you" Aubrey chuckled a little while rolling her eyes playfully.

Aubrey and I had become quite close while she did my make-up. She was a very cool and nice person to chat with. I just loved her over all energy honestly.

"But this person I'm staring right at looks too pretty to be me" I said in all honesty. Truth be told in my entire nineteen years of existence, I have never done make-up on my face to this extent. That was why I looked immersely foreign even to my own eyes.

I saw her frown through the mirror "You are beautiful with or without cosmetics Rica. Always remember that" See why I said I loved her energy.

I smiled grateful "Thank you"

"No problem" She waved it off with a smile of her own.
