7 CHAPTER 7: A Great lie

" Yep, it is pretty cool. Seeing all kinds of fish. " I said them as I smiled.

" So your ability is some kind of perception. " Yoshida said with his usual cold tone and no one could make him surprise.

" Yep. I can see through things like your ribs 6 and 7 are replaced. Of course, I can see the guests from the other side of the black glasses" I said with a light tone.

" I see. How long can you see? " Yoshida asked me.

" It depends on my condition. " I closed my eyes and my hearing sense started to work in the good state.

" But I don't know location this place exists. I only see water. So the answer to your question is I don't know. " I said with a bright smile.

' Huh! I'm really glad that I searched ' Awakakened Ones ' ' I thought. I saw this test in Yoshida's memory and I already formed the words to say. I found about ' Mind Reader '. In the past, some Awakened Ones lied but it was a matter of time that they found out in their ways but they put no truth on liars. They would blackmail to find out Awakened Ones's abilities when Awakened Ones lied to them. Besides, they would not free us from this place as long as they didn't find the weakness of us. We were weapons that could turn toward them.

' A good lie needs some truth in it. ' I muttered.

After that, Yoshida started to ask me questions. I didn't know the exact location of this place because I wanted to deceptive them.

" What do you think about his ability? " a man asked and he was wearing a lab coat. His black eyes looked dead and his hair was turned into white. His body posture was quite bad. His name was Liuous and he was the head of the Science Department in this place. He took care of everything in this place. That meant he was the most powerful person after Velcorado and Melina.

" It is not dangerous ability but very important ability. " Another man replied to him. This man had blond hair and his hair was quite neatly brushed unlike the first person. His name was Pietros. He was second head after Luious.

" Ability that can change the course of the war. From his words, his vision is not X-ray version or night version. Quite interesting ability " Luious.

" Is he lying? Carlos " Melina asked Carlos who was the holder of mind-reading ability.

" No. He is not lying. It is hard to read. It looks like his ability and mine have distant familiarity and cancel out each other. As far as I get, he didn't lie at all. Feel like he already knew the questions and procedures. " Carlos replied to Melina with a slight smile.

He only asked about my vision and I answered all of them in truth. It was not difficult at all to control the questions because questions had a certain format to seek out the truth from my mouth.

" You can return to your room " Yoshida said with the poker face. Of course, my ability was not that much dangerous at all. I could only see things and I could not do more. They would decide my ability was pretty useless ability. As far as I knew, only Omegas had three or more totally different abilities. And I was one of them. I didn't want to spend the rest of my life here. Especially among those monsters.

" I thought that we are supposed to be eight. But now there are only seven "An energetic tone resounded in the white. Looked around the room.

" Ahh, shut up. Long. I'm reading " another male tone resounded in the white room. He was wearing the same clothing as the first person. They were wearing patients' white clothes long white sleeve shirts and simple white pants. He was reading a book about plants.

" Long has been saying that there are eight of us since the day I reached here. Well, there are only seven of us. He is not that far besides I am the third person who came to this place so his guess is pretty accurate. " This time female tone resounded. Her tone contained powerful might that could destroy every time.

" The last ' Awakened One ' is already awakened one and he is just a low-level ability user so Long guessed wrong. " the boy who read the book said as his eyes stayed on the book. He said very rudely but they all didn't mind him at all.

" Shame. It looks like he doesn't want to stay with us " Long muttered quietly this time. His eyes sparkled as he stood upon the dining table.

" The show starts, now " He shouted and the other people in the room didn't even look in his direction. All of them were already used to his none sense actions but they all knew in deep down he was the most dangerous person in this room. There were currently Seven people in the room and all of them had abilities to destroy the whole city in the blink but he was the most dangerous person among them.
