1 Chapter 1 - Am I going to die?

"I am sorry to say this, boy, but you only have one month to live. As I told you earlier, your whole system has already been seriously damaged and not only that the damage is just increasing and increasing. It was most likely due to that black virus that entered your body and even though we all try to use our full power to get to know about that black virus we are unable to know anything about this. "

Right now, inside of a hospital, you can say a doctor was saying that to a person who was sitting. If you look at that person then you will be surprised because that person looks like did not have any meat present in his body and also you can see the bones. It was like he was also having trouble opening his eyes, breathing, or even talking. 

"Cough… cough…"

That person begins to cough blood. The doctor instantly begins to help him. He instantly put his hand on his body and after that, you can see a green light start to come out from his hand. Most likely because of this, the person stopped coughing like that and finally, he could breathe. 

"Haha… don't worry about that doctor. As I told you earlier, I also did not have any wish to live. It is just I wanted to know what are these black virus that keep affecting my lungs and other things inside of my body."

Finally, when that person was able to breathe once again he said that to the doctor with a smile on his face. Even though it looked like smiling for him was a very hard task, still he did that to assure the doctor that he was fine with it. 

"David, my boy, how many times have I told you not to say something like this? Don't worry we still have one month on our hands and I will be using my full part to get to know about that black virus present in your body and also use my full power to see if I could create an antidote for that or not."

After saying that, the doctor did not waste a single second to go to his research room. While the person just smiles after hearing all of these, in the end, he just gets up from the seat and begins to leave the room. Sometime later, after coming outside of the hospital he began to walk toward the nearby park. That wasn't far away from that place. 

Finally, he sat down in the park and just kept looking at the sky. Naturally, if you look at him then you can say that he was thinking something important.

'Sigh, who could have thought that I would die right away even though I just came to this new world? The previous host of this body was measurable the moment he lost the power. It is hard to believe that every one of those people who previously received help from this person, in the end, still decided to betray him the moment they realized he lost his power and became useless. 

Not only that he also did not receive any kind of help from his sister or his family. Even his family almost kicked him out of their house. Sigh, what a miserable life this person had. Really, why would I transmit in the body of a person like that who was going to die in just one month?'

That person thought all of these while he was still looking at the sky. As you can tell he wasn't from this place as he died some time ago in his previous world to save a dog. Actually, a pretty drunk driver was just about to hit a dog, but fortunately, he decided to save the dog but in the end, he just died. 

At the time he thought he would go to heaven or hell, but in the next second, he began to feel pain in his body. He thought that pain was most likely because of the accident but when he opened his eyes he saw he was in a room and instantly when he checked his whole body he also realized that wasn't his real body. 

Naturally, at the time he still could not believe that he had come to this new world, and for one day, he did not receive any kind of memory from that person. Fortunately, he already realized the condition of his body as he felt pretty weak, and also from time to time, he was coughing blood. 

Yesterday when he just recovered all the memories of the previous host of this body he got to know the real situation of this world. This world also has the same name as Earth. Not only that, the technological advance of this planet is also the same as his previous world. But the thing was that this was a fantasy world, where you could meet monsters and superpowers. 

Previously, the green light that came out from the hand of the doctor was the healing light. It was the most common technique that doctors used to heal their patients. Now back to the main matter after recovering all those memories yesterday he already got to know the real name of the body. 

His name is David Kyler. A pretty average guy, who did not have a handsome look and fit body like any other person. Also in this world, you can say that people can use supernatural energy which is called Zen. Actually, the Zen energy was present everywhere but in the past, the earth wasn't awakened that energy. 

500 years ago when suddenly something unexpected happened to the earth, the earth began to recover the Zen energy and also because of this, every person on earth faced the nightmare at that time. Alongside that energy, you can say monsters also came to the earth, and naturally because of that the Earth and all the people present on Earth face the crisis of being killed by those Monsters. 

One by one many people already died in the hands of those monsters while trying to fight back. Many Monsters that only were in Rumors also appear on earth like the Dragon who naturally killed many people and like this, you can say the 100% population of humans already reduced to 30 to 40% in just one year. Fortunately at that time because of the Zen energy every human present on earth also began to mutate and in the end, they also awakened their supernatural power to fight back those monsters. 

Even with that, they were unable to kill all the Monsters. But fortunately, they are at least able to save 50% of the total land and after that, you can say two zones were created. One is the safe zone where naturally every human after that begins to live without having to worry about those Monsters while the other one is the danger zone where the monster begins to roam around freely. 

Fortunately, after that for almost 10 years nothing happened to those humans but naturally every one of those people who were able to become powerful all the time needed to fight those Monsters so that they could prevent those monsters from entering the safe zone. Like this, you can say the Guardians got created. In those 10 years many things also happened as the guardians already created the guardian association and alongside that many people were also able to awaken their power to fight back those Monsters. 

Like this, one by one they can advance and many more guardians also appear on Earth. With that, the danger also begins to reduce, as those guardians protect all of humanity. Not only that one by one many other organizations also got created. Like the Blacksmith Association, Alchemist Association, guilds, and Guardian academies. 

The first guardians or you can say the saints of humanity also told everyone about the Grade of guardians. Mortal, Soldier, Elite, & Rare. Later, they also discovered more grades of the Guardian, Epic, and Legendary guardians. 

Even though every human at the time got mutated because of the Zen energy, you can say that not everyone became powerful enough to fight back those Monsters and because of this people also decided to focus on other things. At the same time, everyone thought the problem was most likely over but every one of them was wrong because 10 years later suddenly the earth once again faced danger from those Monsters, and this time you can say the danger was coming inside from the safe zone. 

Dungeons also appear in the safe zone and naturally, monsters also begin to come out from those Dungeons. But fortunately compared to before the guardians had already taken action and solved those Monsters. But still, the problem wasn't over as everyone realized that to prevent those Monsters from coming outside they needed to clear the dungeons. So like this, you can say the mission also begins to appear on the guardian association. Naturally, the guardians begin to accept those missions to clear the Dungeons. 

Now back to the main matter,

If you are thinking about David, then he belonged to a guardian family. The Kyler family is an Old guardian family. Almost every member of the family was a powerful guardian. David also liked them some time ago. From childhood, he was also born with the potential to become a strong guardian and naturally even at the age of 17 he already became a peak soldier-grade Guardian. You should know that that was a huge thing for anyone at the age of 17 to become that powerful because breaking the grade of the guardians wasn't easy for anyone. 

But still in the end he can become that much more powerful and naturally he is also one of the geniuses of his family. From childhood, you can say he never felt the cruelty of the world. But some time ago he and his teammate went inside a Dungeon to kill the Boss monster, but unfortunately, something unexpected happened and the number of those Monsters began to increase rapidly alongside the number of the Boss monster also increasing in that place. 

Naturally, that became very dangerous for everyone present inside of the Dungeon and everyone was really in a dangerous situation while facing those Monsters. In that place, almost all of his teammates who were as powerful as him were just about to lose their lives, but fortunately, he was present there and to protect the lives of his teammates you can say David used a forbidden technique and naturally that was to destroy the Zen core. 

That gives him an unimaginable amount of power and naturally, he can prevent any of his teammates from dying. But after that, because he already destroyed his foundation and his potential while destroying the core, he became a normal person. From that, he began to face the cruelty of the world. At first, his family tried to help him to recover his foundation, but unfortunately, when they realized he wouldn't be able to recover, they decided to give up on him.

Well, he did not have a father and mother except a sister. His father and mother also died or you can say disappear from inside the danger zone. In his childhood, he got to know from his grandmother that his father and mother went inside the danger zone because of the sudden abnormality of the danger zone and the abnormality of those Monsters. But sometime later even when the abnormality of the danger zone became normal none of the guardians who went inside of the danger zone was able to come back so naturally that every one of those guardians was considered dead. 

Fortunately, he wasn't alone as he had an older sister and you can say compared to him she was a true prodigy. She was 5 years older than David. While they were children they did not have any bad relationship, but the older they became the relationship between siblings became strange and a distance was also created between them. 

Even though he did not hate his sister at the same time he also did not like her that much because you can say everyone likes to compare him with her. Now back to the main matter, when he almost got kicked out by his family, his grandfather and his sister even at that time did not decide to help him. Other than his grandmother, nobody tried to pledge for him. Fortunately, because of his grandmother, he did not get kicked out by the family but still in the end he did not have permission to live in the main house, and in the end, he got a rundown place to live. 

In one word, after that his life became miserable. At first, every one of those teammates had contact with him, but when those people somehow got a new member of the team they almost forgot about him and right now you can say he did not have that much connection with them. He also needed to change the classroom of his school. He got back to the D classroom from the S classroom. The good thing was that the Falcon Guardian school did not kick him out. 

But naturally, he lost all those advantages he had before alongside all the connections. Not only that, people also begin to forget about him and his achievements. Unfortunately, the previous Devid wasn't able to tolerate all of these and he decided to buy some potions from the black market. But you can say that was the biggest mistake he made in his life. Because after that his body got affected by that black virus which killed him slowly and in just 1 year you can say he almost died. 

Because he consumed a large number of those unnamed Potions, his body was greatly affected by that, and a few days ago he also died because of the sudden pain that appeared in his heart and the new David appeared after that.

'Really, I also cannot blame him for that kind of decision. Almost every day he got bullied by people and even his family members did not help him in any situation. Even though he tried to get help from his sister, she also did not help him in the end and with that, he decided to choose that way to see if he could recover his strength or not. Sigh, but I did not want to die this quickly just after appearing in this new world.'

David thought that while he was going back toward the rundown place, or you can say his home. His home was present in the outside area of Yaton City. In that outside area, you can say normally people with low potential, or poor people live. They also did not get the protection of the guardian association that much like the people of the inner area get. Actually, to protect every city present in the safe zone you can say the garden association also created the guardian police force that has the duty to protect the cities and its citizens. 

Now as you can see David tiredly going back toward his house from the inner area of Yaton City. Fortunately, the doctor was a very good man who tried to help him even after knowing the situation of his body. The good thing was that the doctor even tried to help him while he did not take that much money from David. Actually, when David did not lose his power, he helped or you can say saved the life of the Daughter of that doctor. Because of this, the doctor was very grateful to him and he decided to help David in that situation when almost everyone turned their back on him. 

Sometime later he came back to his house, and after freshening up, he decided to sleep. Once again, he began to cough blood, but fortunately, after taking the medicine, the pain went away and the coughing also stopped. So in that kind of situation, even though he tried to sleep he was unable to do that. David was now looking at the ceiling of his room while thinking about his life and his previous life. 

"Ding!!"
