A figure and a ferocious monster looked at each other. The monster's fierce gaze bore into the figure.

With a mighty roar, it lunged forward with a thunderous charge.
Seeing the monster attacking the figure remained calm.

The blade shot towards the monster and it blazed brighter.
The monster was caught off guard by this sudden fiery explosion, it retreated back with a startled roar, its yellow eyes wide with shock.
After the hit, there was a big explosion of flames, burning the monster's skin it made a big hole in the monster's body, and a loud boom echoed through the forest.
When Jiang Lei's fiery sword hit the monster,
"Growl!"
The monster thrashed in pain, its cries echoing through the Mistwood Forest.
The monster looked at Jiang Lei with anger in its eyes.
Jiang Lei spoke sternly to the wounded monster, "I'll give you a chance. If you answer my question right, I'll spare your life. If you don't, I'll kill you. Do we have a deal?"
The monster glared at Jiang Lei with fiery eyes at first, but when it saw the cold and indifferent expression on Jiang Lei's face, its fierce momentum immediately weakened.
Slowly, it nodded, signaling its understanding.
"Did you ever see a big monster that looks like a bear, around 10 meters long, with spikes on its back?"

The monster nodded quickly, understanding Jiang Lei's warning. It couldn't speak like a human, as creatures at the Qi Condensation Realm and Foundation Establishment Realm could only understand human language.
They gain the ability to speak only when they reach the Core Formation Stage.
Nonetheless, the monster made it clear that it comprehended Jiang Lei's message.
Jiang Lei also grasped the monster's intention, and he rushed toward it.

Starthorn, in a state of panic, attempted to flee. It can't understand why this human still wanted to harm it when it was willing to help.

Jiang Lei swiftly pinned it down.
"Growl!"
The monster let out one final roar before closing its eyes and surrendering to its fate. It had experienced Jiang Lei's power and knows, it is defenseless against such an opponent.
But to its astonishment, it didn't feel the pain as expected. Instead, it fekt a warm sensation, and its injuries began to heal rapidly.
The monster opened its eyes and found Jiang Lei standing before it. Before it could react, Jiang Lei climbed onto its back and said, "You're completely healed now. Take me to that monster quickly. But remember, if you dare to deceive me..."
The monster nodded vigorously, understanding Jiang Lei's threat, it knows very well that if it dared to decieve Jiang Lei, it won't take a second to Jiang Lei, to kill him.
The monster began to run in an unknown direction with Jiang Lei on its back.
Jiang lei touched the back of the monster and murmured
"System, copy."
As soon as Jiang Lei's voice faded....
