3 Copying Ancient One's Ability

Immediately after I said that, I stand up straight and what I saw was a bald woman in a yellow combat outfit with a slight smile on her face.
'Figures. She must have detected me the moment I came into this world,'
I didn't start to speak as I just stare at her. Why? Because she already knows what will we talk about.
As I expected when she said, "Mr. Parker, right? It seems that you know me well."
Oh! My name in this world is Maxith Parker.
"Hahaha! You were supposed to say that after I ask "Would you like to invite me for a tea?"" I said to her.
She doesn't say anything else as she waves her right hand to make a circle which I believe she was making a portal heading to Kathmandu.
"Please," she smiled while gesturing for me.
I fascinated by the scene in front of me but I didn't show it on my face. I stepped into the portal calmly followed by Ancient One.
After that, she readied a table and a chair with two cups and a teapot on it.
She gestured me to sit while she was already sitting opposite me.
I couldn't help but exclaim in my mind, 'What the? That's so fast! Ehh, nevermind. She was Sorcerer Supreme after all.'
After a few sip of the somewhat aromatic tea, she began asking me questions.
I just give her a vague answer. Don't want some unforeseeable problem popping out in front of me.
Just like that the session was over and send me back home.

I laid my body on the bed as I was looking at the panel in front of me. I looked at the message on it.

At first, I thought that it was too few but when I clicked on the first notification. My eyes bulged out as the powers I copied basically all Ancient One's power along with her experience in using it.
[Powers: Eldritch Magic Manipulation(Portal Creation, Illusion Casting, Telekinesis), Time Manipulation, Astral Projection, Dark Dimension Magic Manipulation(Immortality, Reality Warping), Precognition.]
"What the? The Time Manipulations power was even copied. Damn, this is awesome. If I assimilated with these powers, I will as powerful as Ancient One."
I proceeded to see the abilities and equipment. I got all her ability while for the equipment, I only got a Sling Ring. There's no Eye of Agamotto and Book of Cagliostro.
"Let's just take Eldritch Magic Manipulation and Master Martial Artist. Oh! I want multilingualism too."
As soon as I said that, my brain was somewhat throbbing hard. I felt a new knowledge inside my now. After a while, the throbbing sensation disappears.
"Well, I guess this is enough for now. Though, I need to earn some money now."
The time now was 3 pm so there's still some time before night comes.
