Chapter 10

Justin opened the door. The music was very loud and the lights were dimmed just enough to see. There were so many people inside that was drinking and eating. I could tell right away that there were vampire , wolves , tiger , bears, and horse shifters here at this party. I have came in contact with many other different types of species before so seeing different races and different species didn't scare me anymore like it used to. Looking around the party I just happened to see a couple that I really did not want to see . Not that they were bad or anything like that but they just happen to be Locu's parents. They walked over to us while sipping their drinks. Hello Stacy, it's nice to see you again. Locu's mother Beth said. Her husband Micheal had agreed with her then turned towards Justin and shook his hands. How have you been Justin ? It's been a while since I have seen you. We have to catch up on some things later. Justin nodded his head and then Locu's parents had left towards the dance floor. I had turned toward Justin and asked him how do you know the Fosters ? He had told me that every time his parents hosted a event in their home or party the Fosters would always come. I felt a little nervous but I pushed it down in my stomach. Justin asked if I wanted a drink and I see yes so we headed to the kitchen. He gave me a cup of the red punch with lemons in it. It had a great taste to it. I didn't notice when but Justin also handed me a plate with sandwich s, cheese, and chicken on it. He had his on his hands too. Justin lead us to a table in the kitchen where we could eat and talk. This house was so packed with people eating, dancing, talking, some doing other stuff but I could be to sure of. Justin and I was finishing out food when James walked over with his parents. I don't know why but I felt like I was caught doing something wrong even though James is my tomorrow night date. James introduced me to his parents Marie and Billy Williams. After they said they're hellos and good byes they left us to enjoy our food and drink. Justin asked if I wanted to go for a walk outside for a while. I told him yes. to be honest I was feeling a little uncomfortable and cooped up. I wholeheartedly welcome the fresh air and it relieved the tension and stressed out I was feeling. Justin walked over and held my hand and slowly kissed it. he told me that his parents wanted to meet me tonight and because they was having a party they thought it was a good idea to bring me over tonight to meet them. I walk around with Justin looking at the roses for a while and thinking that they were all very beautiful. Stacy, did you notice anything different about this party and you first got here ? What do you mean Justin ? I asked him. I'm going to tell you something but you have to promise not to freak out. I promise him and then he let go of my hand. Justin stood in front of me and his eyes became red and his fangs came down. Justin was a vampire.
