Chapter 1: Starting Today, I am the Weakest Esper Monster

A human was walking with headphones on, this is me. A normal human being you will ever see and today is the day I become something extraordinary. A black cloak blocks my path with a scythe with it.

" Hmm, why is the street so quiet?" I muttered before looking up and seeing a cute skeleton face that you see in a child's game. But, this terrifies me as I backed off, not knowing a truck was moving for 50km/h towards me and a plane came crashing down to where I was standing. Also, a bottle that suddenly appears rolled next to my feet, making me step on it and fall.

I looked at the skeleton face guy and see him grinning at me, terrifying me to the core before the plane, and a truck killed me, crushing me and burning me into a barbeque.

Somewhere in between living and nonliving, a soul was floating now and then with no direction.

"Ugh, Where am I? Why is it so dark? Am I in an abyss?" I mumbled, looking around and only saw darkness.

" You are correct there, Nol. You are currently in Abyss where only Gods can survive but since you are here, I am obliged to reward you for surviving at the Abyss where any souls will obliterate" An unknown voice resounded around the Abyss as I was shocked and looked around.

" You can't see me if I don't want to be seen by mortals. So, what's the reward you want, Nol" He said as I immediately calmed down which is weird since I should be panicking right now in this unknown place called abyss.

" I want to be 2x powerful every time I die. Can you do it?" I said, jokingly. Knowing that this is just a pipe dream.

" Sure, here you go. Of course, you will get stronger when you die but you won't be able to use it at all since when you die, you will die forever. Bye, Nol" The being then ran away while laughing.

"What!? what's the use of this ability when I will just die once and can't use it? I got scammed" I said, breaking down.

" Don't worry my child, I will grant you a skill where you will be revived infinitely and I will give you a status board that can let you see your age, name, race, and skills. Now go and be free, my child" A soothing voice resounded.

" Huh? Thank you for whoever you are" I shouted to the voice gratefully as I was transported somewhere.

Somewhere in a mysterious laboratory that stands 10 meters tall with an underground base laboratory. Experiment 69, is an esper monster that has a physique of a monkey. He is known by the other experiments as Bane Monkey. Experiment 69 woke up abruptly, looked around, and saw a mirror with a monkey face with a burning tip on its tail.

" Huh? A monkey? Wait... Why is it moving the way I do... Am I a monkey? Now, isn't that absurd for a human to become a monkey all of a sudden? Is this the price of being reincarnated? First, let's check the important part of every species' body, my dig back" Yes, you guessed it right, this is Nol. Nol reincarnated as a monkey esper and today, he realized that he is the weakest monster of all time.

When he looked at his status, A remark was put in it that says.

Looking around, Bane Monkey checks the hallway and saw no one present. Walking with a hunch back, Bane Monkey finally arrives outside and all he saw are forests and mountains.

" Welp, I have to travel for a long time I guess. Thankfully, no one is blocking my way but where the hell even am I? What world is this and can I even survive long in this world? There are many things to know and I must be careful or else, I will die in a flash and I don't wanna die a million times to become stronger. I don't like pain that much and I am not a suicidal type of person anyway " Bane Monkey mumbled before heading west, swinging at the trees as he traveled faster than walking by taking advantage of his monkey body.

Feeling the breeze, Bane Monkey relaxed as he swing his body high up and saw a city on high ground. With the destination in mind, Bane Monkey swings forward at a fast speed. Arriving hours later, getting inside the fence, Bane Monkey looked around the houses to see if there were any cloaks he can use, and thankfully, he got one ripped clothes but it was enough for his small stature.

Walking the streets, Bane Monkey tried to find some food to eat as his stomach rumbled now and then, indicating that he is hungry.

As he was walking, he saw a bald man walking with groceries in his hands. He weak a white cape, a yellow shirt, and somewhat tight pants with red boots and gloves.

" He feels familiar? I think I've seen him before from somewhere. Where do I know him? Hmm, wait... That trademark bald head, yellow suit, white cape, and red gloves and boots. Its Saitama! The mc of One Punch Man! This is bad, I am a monster and I know that Saitama will attack anyone who's a monster" Bane Monkey said in dreading voice as he hides from Saitama while waiting for him to leave.

Thankfully, Saitama doesn't have a high sense from what he knows of One Punch Man because there are no threats to him. Minutes later, Saitama finally finished buying and Bane Monkey relaxed upon knowing that Saitama is gone. Revealing himself is one thing and causing a commotion because he is a monster and getting killed by Saitama is another thing.

He doesn't want to experience pain even if it's in an instant. As he walks around, he saw the news airing somewhere that a monster broke out and destroyed some parts of the city when Bane Monkey looked at the purple guy and finally know the time.

" So, this is the start of OPM? I reincarnated in this world at the start of the series. I am fucked up" Bane for short, said in fear as he wanted to learn the Fist of Flowing Water from Bang but he knows that it is nigh impossible to learn as he is a monster that can't be alive. As it could endanger the humans and since Bang is an S rank Hero, he must protect humanity from threats.

With nothing going in his way, Bane broke down and he walked towards the corner to cry silently.
