8 A Familiar Face
On an unknown island
"Hey, we should really go back..." said a voice with anxiousness in their voice
"Come on, we've been training nonstop since we got here"
Two voices can be heard on the unknown island. The unknown island was a vast rocky desert. Rocks are everywhere, old and beaten up by time. The sun was blazing hot, making everything look golden and harsh. There are no plants, just rocks scattered all over, like nature's obstacle course. The ground was all lumpy and tricky to walk on, each step feeling like a challenge. The rocks, some tall and towering, others just lying around, made it seem like a weird, deserted playground.
This island was the training grown for an organization called 'SWORD' that was under the Marines.
"Garp-san would be really mad if he found out we're slacking off," said a small pink-haired boy while trembling
"We won't be gone for too long coby! Just a few minutes" Said a blond skinny teen
"You promise Helmeppo? I don't wanna do extra training made by Garp" Said Coby while trembling
Coby is a young man with short, pink hair and round glasses, he's wearing a standard marine uniform. The uniform includes a white coat with blue cuffs and a matching white hat with the Marine emblem. While Helmeppo was a blond teen with a W-like chin, he was also wearing the same outfit as Coby but without the hat.
After a few minutes of walking around, the two finally decided to head back to the camp to go eat. As they walked, they suddenly saw two Kukri swords. The blades of the Kukri swords feature a traditional inward curve, tapering to a sharp point. The cutting edge is meticulously honed for precision and effectiveness. The distinctive feature is the dark coloration on the blunt side of the blades. The handles are designed for comfort and grip, allowing for precise control during use. The Handles were wrapped with the hard leather of an unknown animal. The sheaths are crafted to protect the blades and complement their aesthetic, made by the same unknown animal as the handles.
"What is that?" Asked Coby
Though they felt the sword's presence, it was too far to see the appearance of the sword. As the two kids walked up to the swords, Coby and Helmeppo finally realized that it was a sword. When they saw the swords, they thought that it was 2 named swords because of the pressure it's emitting.
"Two named swords? But I don't remember seeing these swords in the named swords book when I was looking for a weapon to use" Said Helmeppo
As Helmeppo was thinking about the name of the swords, he suddenly heard a sinister voice that made him sweat all over his body. Seeing this, Coby suddenly tensed up and looked around, he thought that Garp had found out about them leaving and lazing around. Looking around, Coby didn't see anyone, he then looked at Helmeppo again thinking about what was wrong with him.

Helmeppo POV
'What was that?!' I thought to my self
"W-Who are you? Where are you?!"
"What are you talking about Helmeppo? I don't hear anyone?" Said Coby
I looked at Coby with a scared face, I was thinking that it might be a ghost or a really powerful person that's playing pranks on me.
"You didn't hear that Coby?!"
My brain was thinking with insane speed as I look around, I was really scared, I don't wanna die and that person don't sound very nice.
"Kekekekeke. What's your name?"
Again, that voice. As I looked around, I suddenly realised something and looked directly at the two swords. The more I realised that the voice was coming out of the two swords, the more I sweat from all over my Body. With my head facing the swords and with a face so scared, Coby looked at me with confused writted all over his face, he then proceed to also look at the sword.
"Why are you suddenly so scared of the sword?"
I was about to answer Coby and tell him about the talking swords, I also want us to get the hell out of here, but as soon as I opened my mouth, the voice continued to speak.
"I am Kur, the very swords you're looking at!"

At the dock of the unknown island
A ship could be seen nearing the dock of the unknonw island. The ship is a standard Marine warship in terms of structure, with multiple masts and sails, cannons for naval warfare, and the Marine symbol displayed prominently. However, the addition of the dog head figurehead gives it a unique and somewhat whimsical touch, adding character to what would otherwise be a typical Marine vessel. This was the ship of Vice Admiral Garp, the marine hero.
As the ship stopped at the dock, 6 figures could be seen on the dock saluting someone on the ship. The person they were saluting were Garp and his right hand man Bogard.
Garb and Bogard were the only one in the ship, because the organization SWORD were a newly formed organization built to cultivate marines that were fed with the ideal form of justice. The leader of the SWORDS was Garp, he was also the personal teachers of the training SWORDS. Bogard was there because he was the right hand man of Garp and also a teacher whenever Garp laze around.
After a few minutes of waiting, two figures could be seen getting off the ship, these two were none other than the marine hero Monkey D. Garp and his right the silent demon, Bogard.
"Why the hell are there only 6 of you?!" yelled Garp
"Where are Coby and helmeppo?" Asked Bogard with more calm than Garp
"Those idiots are probably lazing , and the one who suggested this is probably Helmeppo! That Coby wouldn't be lazing around!" Said Garp
The current Swords are currenly only 8, because Drake already set off as a Pirate spy. Drake's mission is to infiltrate the Yonko crew of Kaido.
"Those idiots better be back when I get to the base or they'll have 10x training!"
When Garped talking about training, all the other SWORD memebers suddenly stiffened up as they don't really like the training given by Garp. Garps training were brutal, he would either beat the living shit out of you or throw you off into the blazing hot dessert. His Haki was even worst, the observation haki consist of blind folding you and hitting you with his so called fist of love that feels like a steel bambarding you in the head. The armament haki training is also harsh, with him beating you to near death and strenght training after, then he will tell the SWORD trainies about how to manifest armament haki, and most of the time it wouldn't even make sense.
After a few minutes of scolding from Garp, all of them including Garp and Bogard walked towards the base station of the SWORD, this base is where they train, eat, and sleep, this is where they live. The exterior of the base is a fortress of steel, rising against the skyline in a symphony of sharp angles and towering structures. Massive metal walls, adorned with the Marine symbol, encase the entirety of the base, creating an almost impenetrable barrier. A grand entrance gate, fortified with reinforced metal, serves as the primary access point. The base of the SWORD is massive, even though only 8 people curretly live in the base.
"Bring me snacks and those two idiots" ordered Garp
"Yes sir" Said a blond girl
But as soon as the girl turned around, everyone suddenly felt an aura that made the trainies feel weak and made them kneel down
When Bogard and Garp sensed the aura, they looked at each other and said simultaneously,
"Conqueror's haki!"
