83 Giving Name

Rubelia fell silent. She felt like she had touched a wound that was still wet. However, seeing Matthew's expression, which showed neither sadness nor disappointment, Rubelia understood something.

The boy was already used to it that he could no longer be disappointed.

"How about I give you a name?"

"Cough … cough." Matthew choked after hearing Rubelia's question. He covered his mouth with his arm and even pushed his chair away from Rubelia.

"Matthew! How about I give you the name Matthew?" asked Rubelia enthusiastically.

Matthew turned his head away but still replied, "Whatever."

Rubelia laughed, then patted the boy's head. "Starting today, your name is Matthew."
