Linlin looked at the three manuals with tears in her eyes, she got these three notes from Rocks which cost her a n arm and a leg, such as providing the Rocks pirates cost price on arms for five whole years! As the biggest pirate group, the sheer amount of arms bought and needed could be said to be at least forty percent of the entire black market for the entire world. Know that the pirate world constantly needs arms and because the 'just' marines prevents the buying and selling of arms 

This law made by the world government prevents any individual or country from purchasing arms in public, meaning anyone not under the world government is banned from buying them and it has to be obtained through black market channels and that even includes world government country members. So how do they get arms? Obviously from the black market. So anyone who can provide a steady supply of arms reliably like Linlin does is rare because no one can control whether the goods can be supplied at the desired location on time. Also when the goods go missing in transit, who pays for it? There isn't black market insurance for arms so Linlin's blackmarket service of transportation and delivery of arms that are a little stronger than the market were very popular despite it having a higher price tag. 

Well she did get some benefits from Rocks, priority on buying devil fruits from the Rocks pirates the five year agreement ends. This meant that she had a very big advantage in choosing unique fruits which would benefit her the most in the long run. She easily could tell this pirate group was based on a group of interest and would not last however while it does last, resources are the last thing to worry about and the amount of fruits collected by the Rocks pirates can be said to be enormous. The original Linlin obtained her numerous food fruits here but the scientist Linlin obviously wouldn't take food fruits as the priority, if she wanted to produce food, Streuson's cook cook fruit was enough.

But for now, she intensely read through the three books, all three of them were notes directly written by Rocks on his experience on how he improved his three directions of haki and the advanced uses of it which was something she desperately needed. 

After reading through, she took out the very large custom made sea stone and wore it as a bracelet which caused even her a little discomfort, as for the normal body weakness it was negligible at least to her.

Internal Destruction, a technique of advanced Armament Haki, was particularly challenging for Linlin. It required a precise control of Haki, the ability to focus it deep within an opponent's body and disrupt their internal energy flow. Linlin trained tirelessly, practising releasing the 'flow' onto mountains.

As Linlin progressed in her training, she began to understand more and more about Haki. It was to channel her emotions, to focus her willpower, and to control her body with unprecedented precision and then release it out of the body! 

Seeing the amount of damage she did to the mountain she finally nodded. It was a good thing that she could increase her attack abilities but it was still quite far from what the Admiral displayed. 

So the mountains suffered. Having something to train against does improve the hardness of her haki so she relentlessly trained against it like a machine but not knowing that her current position had a few ships that had the logo of the world government headed towards her. 

"Mama! Mama! We spotted a few ships of the world government and they are headed toward us!" A homie quickly came up to report to her and Linlin although was irritated by being interrupted she was intrigued by the news. 

She had been in this world for so long, this was the first time she would be seeing anyone from the world government that weren't navy and since they were here without the navy was intriguing. 

Wearing pure white robes and strange weird looking masks looking very pretentious was her first impression of the lackeys of the Tenryuubito. 

"Charlotte Linlin."

"Oh isn't this the highest shield of the Tenryuubito, why do you have time to visit a little pirate like me?" Linlin's charming voice rang out and her stunning beauty even the emotionless CP0 had a hint of desire. CP0 may have been trained as emotionless tools to carry out orders but no matter what kind of cruel training the world government could possibly give, they can't completely wipe off emotions entirely. Low emotions is not no emotions otherwise they wouldn't be human. 

Just because of that small emotion, the familiar pink gas started pouring out of their bodies and Linlin easily pulled some out. But the CP0 adjusted their emotions very quickly and she could only pull out three years which felt like a shame, high quality souls were precious after all. 

The CP0 weren't angry nor did they show any emotions after having some of their lifespan drained but seemed even more emotionless than before. One of them reached into their white coat and brought out a very noble looking den den mushi.
