Ch8. Training

Adventurer's guild is a large building. Inside the building, there was a large counter with various staff behind them. On one of the wall, there is a large board with various papers stuck on them. Those must be requests. There are many tables placed in the guild with four chairs around each table for adventurers to sit. The adventurer's guild is bustling with adventurers. We moved to the counter and spoke to the lady.

"Welcome to the adventurer's guild. How can I help you?"

"We would like to register ourselves as adventurers."

I replied.

"Right away Sir."

After that she took our blood drops and put them on three cards that she is holding. The cards began to shine as our blood dropped on them. Two of them changed their color to gold. She became quite shocked to see this. She gave them to us and spoke,

"Here, is your proof of your being an adventurer."

She gave Haruka her card and said, "you are registered as F-rank adventurer."

She then looked at us and spoke,

You two are quite strong. You two are registered as S-rank adventurers. Here is your card."

Everyone at the guild looked at us in surprise. It seems I have put unwanted attention on myself. I decided to ignore them. I looked at my card. It seems there are ranks to adventurers. With F being lowest and Sss being highest. Since I have lowered my level before, it still registered me as S rank. After that i asked her about ranks to which she replied,

"To gain rank, you need to take on requests put on the board and complete them. Depending on their level, you will gain points. Upon accumulating certain points, you will rank up."

We then moved towards the quest board and take a look at various quests. Every quest has their description written on it and their required rank at the bottom corner.

I picked a quests from the board and took it to the counter.

Subjugate the goblins outside the kingdom

Required Rank:- F-rank adventurers

Reward:- 20gil]

This quest will be good for training Haruka. The guild lady confirmed our quest and we are now good to go.

We left the guild and moved to a weapon shop. There I picked a light sword for Haruka and after that we moved to a potion shop to buy various potions.

The quality of potions that I have is God tier and it will be a waste to use them to heal minor injuries and same goes for weapons present in my arsenal. After getting various things, we left the kingdom.

I gave Haruka various instructions on how to use a sword. Vivian also helped a lot. Since Haruka is a compete novice, we didn't make her battle but simply made her practice on how to swing a sword. We took various breaks, and I used my spell, to make her refresh so her practice is going well. If it goes like this, she will be able to swing a sword by tomorrow. Haruka is practicing on swinging the sword. Me and Vivian are sitting on the grass. Vivian suddenly asked me with troubling look on her face.

"Excuse me Satsuki-sama, I wanted to ask you something."

"What is it Vivian?"

"Why are you focused on her that much? You gave her good clothes, food and now teaching her on how to use a sword. You even said you will help her find her father."

"It's all for future benefits."

"Future benefits? What do you mean?"

"Since I am helping her find her father, she will have absolute trust on me. Also with teaching her on swordsmanship, she can prove useful in battles for me. Think of it as me building an army. I will find more people who I can trust to act as my army."

"But Satsuki-sama you already have a strong army."

"It's true that I have an army that is quite strong but it's never too bad to get more people who are willing to die for you."

"Also I will expand my kingdom in this world, so we need people to accept me as their king."

Well in the end, my goal is to simply have sex with as many girls as possible and have a harem of my own. Also it's not like I am doing it for free. I looked at the Haruka practicing diligently. Even now she is thinking of her father and friend when practice her sword.

The day began to sat. I stopped Haruka and healed her both body and mind.

"It's like I was never tired in the first place."

She spoke as she was relieved of all of her stress. With my healing spell, she has been training non stop all this while. She has done two days worth of training in a single day.

"Let's go home."

"Yes Satsuki-sama."

"Yes master."

I looked at Haruka and it seems like she has opened up to me. She looks happy seemingly satisfied with her training. We head back to the manor.
