Within a messy dark room stood a person, the guy´s name was Karim. It wasn´t long since Karim had his 23rd birthday. Karim was normal looking guy, he had decent job and through his life he also had quite a few girlfriends.

But two years ago when his family died in car accident, something inside him broke and he could not smile like before, he become antisocial and watched anime all day. He was no longer the guy he was before.

"If only the life was good again."

All of a sudden terrible headache hit Karim and before he could do something, he fell from the chair and everything went black.

"Ugh.. What happened?" I woke up and the first thing that hit me was the unfamiliar surroundings around me.

"Where am I anyway?" I stood up and started searching the place around me. The room was fully white and packed with some simple furniture.

That´s when it hit me. My head started spinning and the terrible headache from before came back. I felt as if I was dying, but all of sudden the terrible headache started going away and with it came some memories.

And I found out that I actually died and somehow transmigrated?

I quickly found out my identity from the memories. My name was Shi Li meaning "power" and "strength". I was actually one of the elders of the Thunder Cloud Sect. The name of the sect came from the first sect leader who was nicknamed Thunder Cloud Emperor.

'Well thinking of it, shouldn´t I have some kind of cheat after transmigrating? Perhaps.... System, are you here?'

I waited a while and thought that nothing would happen. Suddenly clicking sound echoed in my mind and I saw a screen before my eyes

"wow" 'I couldn´t help but mutter, after all I read so many system novels and now here it was... my own system.'

'Looks like my system is a mix of cultivation and rpg system I thought, well I still need to check the shop and quest. I firstly chose to go with the shop option. The shop was separated into cultivation manuals, materials, weapons, bloodlines and some different stuff. There was also a counter with my system points, which was unfortunately on zero.'

"well, looks like I will need to grind some points on quests." I said to myself

'I should also checkout the quests' I thought as I pressed the icon, but the whole page was empty.

'Hmm.. Looks like I will need to wait for some event to get quest.'

Being done with system I quickly ran to the nearest mirror and found myself in shock. I had long black hair with some red stripes. I was about 186cm in height. My face had a serious look, with extremely dark eyes and straight nose. I would be considered as an model on Earth, but here in this world I was only considered as slightly above average looking.

'I have lot of things to think about. I should also act like the elder, so noone notices anything.'

I found myself in trance as I thought and went through all the memories in my head. I was one of the few elders of the Thunder Cloud Sect, which was considered as one of the neutral sects. This continent named "Ankara" had more than 1000 kingdoms, most of them belonged to some sects. The situation on the continent wasn´t really good. There was a lot of clashes on the continent, mostly between the good and demonic faction. The good faction consisted of 6 main sects and many smaller sects. The demonic only had 5 main sects, but they were much more destructive. There was also a neutral faction, most of the sects there tried not to join the conflict between the two forces, but there were also some who got a lot of goods from joining.

I wanted to think more, but knock on my door disturbed me.

"Elder Shi Li, the sect leader called everyone into the Thunder Pavillion, this year´s disciple selection is about to happen." called the outer sect disciple

"Oh right, it´s about the time for the selection." A few minutes later I went out and rushed into the Thunder Pavillion, while running I couldn´t help, but be excited by how fast I am running. I was so excited to test my strength, that I nearly tripped and fell down.

Within a few seconds I finally arrived.
