Chapter Ten: Xin's Soulmate

While Xin was all alone, some group of boys had come and ganged up against him. They were in a total of four.

"You! That handsome guy who every girl was mad about. What makes you so special to be able to win the heart of the head General"s daughter. Huh?" One of the boys shouted and the other students had noticed the commotion that was going on.

Xin was silent, wondering why four boys will be fighting him because of a girl. The girl was none other than Roselle and that's when Xin knew that Roselle truly wasn't lying when she said she had a lot of suitors but had chosen him.

"Are you guys planning to fight me because of a girl." Xin said as he stood up from the ground he was sitting. "You really are senseless for putting up an act when you know nothing will work out. Roselle won't choose you even if you fight me."

"You son of bitch, who do you think you're talking to!" The oldest of the boys having a dark skin and brown, rough hair said as he punched Xin in the mouth.

"Gosh, are we doing this here too?" Xin said as he stood up

I can't use these to fight.' Xin argued within him but he had no other choice but to pick one out of the sword. One of the boys was moving close to where he was standing and he had his hands clenched tightly. "So you want to use your fists to fight me?" Xin taunted the boy as he clicked on a weapon and it immediately appeared in his hands. Everyone was shocked as they saw Xin summon a weapon out of nowhere. That drew a lot of people's attention as eyes were now focused on the handsome Xin who had summoned a weapon out of nowhere. "Those are kitana blades, how did it appeared in his hands?" "I'm just as surprised as you." "It may be his ability? A rare weapon summoner ability user." A student replied. Xin had selected a kitana blade after thinking hard on which to use. The image of how each weapon looks like had been displayed to Xin by the system so he knew what's best to use in a situation like this. A kitana blade is the best in this situation. What surprised Xin was that the student that was in front of him wasn't scared at all. He had saw him bringing out a weapon but his fist were still clenched hard. His face also had the same expression, fearless. The student charged at Xin with a loud cry, his fist was right at his back but Xin could see it clearly. His fist was glowing like a metal in the sun. Xin raised his two swords as he prepare to defend himself from being hit with the student's fist. The student raised his fist as he launched into the air with the aim of hitting Xin's face but Xin had also raised his swords and he had it shaped in an X shape above his face. The fist collided with Xin's X shaped kitana blades and Xin could feel the force that was coming from the boy's fist. That was when Xin noticed that the boy's ability is transformation. He could transform into any thing he wishes. And right now, the student's body has been transformed into a moving heavy iron statue. There is no way Xin could defeat this type of guy. To be honest, he has no chance against him with the limited amount of power he had presently. But, fortunate for Xin, someone had held Xin's hand with the sword and wave of lightning was seen going from Xin's sword to the fist of the iron student. The student felt the lightning shocking his iron body and he had quickly transformed back into his normal self. But the fight didn't stop like that, the person with the lightning ability had sent more lightning shock to the student with transformation ability. "Don't you ever come near him again!" The lightning ability user shouted in a pretty but serious feminine tone. When Xin turned to look at the person who had held his hands, it was amazingly Roselle. She possess a lightning ability and was so good with it. She could transfer her lightning powers from her hands to anything she want or touches. Xin was on one knee with his two hands holding the kitana blades in a cross shape. Roselle had leaned on him and had hold his hands in order to transfer her lightning bolt to the sword he was holding. At that moment, Xin couldn't think well. It was like he fell in love with Roselle. When her body fell on his, he felt some connections but since he didn't know who the person was, he didn't bother to think much about the body connection. But now he was thinking about it. He was thinking of all what he had felt when Roselle's body touched his. It was an unexplainable feeling. Perhaps Roselle is his soulmate, but it can't be. Xin cleared his mind of stupid thoughts. ' I am the great Vampire Xin, I shouldn't be thinking about things like this. She's human while I'm a Vampire, we can't be together. Never! we can't be together.' Xin thought. "Are you okay?" Roselle said softly and once again, Xin's heart fluttered with butterflies. He quickly cleared his throat as he saw that Roselle was staring at him, awaiting his response. "Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks for your help." Xin said as he tried to lift himself up, he quickly hide the weapons in his hands but someone had approached them. It was a soldier. "You two!"
