Why is Uzumaki more valuable than Senju in terms of fighting against Otsutsuki, even though Senju is more versatile and powerful than Uzumaki? 

The answer is because Uzumaki sealing jutsu might prevent Karma after killing the member of Otsutsuki, especially Otsutsuki Kaguya. "Yeah, in here there are only around 14 young people left, the others are already old and passed away," said Kenji.
