Elijah's Pov:

It has been a staggering 311 years since our brother Eden left us, and he was the only one who could keep our brother Niklaus's raging temper under control. The days keep on moving forward, but I could see Niklaus's anger overpowering him while our father tries to chase us out of our own home, leaving us with nowhere to find peace. There had been times when I considered the thought of splitting up, but we made a promise to stick together always and forever.

Klaus's Pov:

The power of compulsion is amazing. I simply had to order one of my newly turned vampire creations to kill his own family, and I stood outside the house, listening to the screams. It sent chills down my spine, but I couldn't help the sadistic grin that spread across my face.

Rebekah and Kol's Pov:

"Come with me, sister," Kol said, trying to persuade Rebekah to leave with him. "Let's go on an adventure like we've always dreamt." Rebekah hesitated before responding. "But what about our vow to stay together always and forever?" Kol replied, "Well, Finn and I were not a part of that vow."

Finn's Pov:

I have been struggling to come to terms with my new identity of being a vampire. It's difficult to accept that I am now a monster. I keep repeating this over and over again, denying myself of this new reality and feeling ashamed of what I have become.
