Returning home, all four took a cool shower, and collapsed into their beds. Ichiro and Kenshin were physically exhausted, and the Third and Fourth were mentally exhausted. "The most important thing is that everything is fine with you all!"
said Aya. She was not at all upset by Kaito's death, but the possibility of losing another family member scared her to the point of trembling, so Kenshin pulled the girl to his bed and hugged her.
Natsumi took this story without surprise. She had never participated in such battles, and they did not frighten her. She was only glad that Kenshin and the children were all right, simultaneously lecturing him to stop getting into trouble.
