Where's My Egg?

As Yuga sped on his Dragonite towards the direction of Mauville City, he prayed that Wigglytuff and the others hadn't left.

And meanwhile, Audino were still patiently waiting for the Wooper and Quagsire to continue the migration.

Audino and Wigglytuff found a spot to sit and rest, but Poliwrath was more interested in the passengers' smartphones that theu used to taking a picture, and often leaning in to see how they were taking photos.

Some passengers found Poliwrath's curiosity was interesting and even invited it to be in their photos, which made Poliwrath look so cute; this experience was entirely new and exciting for it.

While Poliwrath was posing for pictures, a passing Quagsire shot it a sultry look at it sideways. That charming glance made Poliwrath feel like it heart had been shot by Cupid's arrow..

It thought it might be in love.

With its round, beady eyes, plump lips, and curvaceous body. Quagsire is look like a fairy that fell from the heaven in Poliwrath eyes.

Poliwrath though silently: The two of them must be look great if we stood together!

The long-time single Poliwrath has finally experienced the taste of love again at this moment. No wonder Greninja and Wartotrtle are always so affectionate. This feeling... (*╰╯`)

Quagsire swings its round tail, wiggles its plump buttocks, and heads towards the main group. Just as Poliwrath is about to call it, another Quagsire that look more bigger appears from the main group.

The two Quasire come together. |( ̄3 ̄)|( ̄ε ̄@)

In an instant, Poliwrath was petrified.

After some time, the Wooper and Quagsire migration concluded, and the onlooking passengers began returning to the train. Audino and Wigglytuff, checking the time, approached Poliwrath, who was still in a state of despair.

Audino asked, "What's wrong with Poliwrath?"

Wigglytuff, equally puzzled, responded, "I have no idea."

"Hey, snap out of it! Let's go!" Audino couldn't help but push Poliwrath's body lightly.

Bang!

Poliwrath was directly pushed to the ground and had no intention of getting up. it still had a look of despair on it face.

Audino: I didn't push that hard!

Seeing Poliwrath's dejected expression, Wigglytuff said, "Let's get it back on the train before it leaves without us."

Without a Pokémon Trainer accompanying them, the train attendants wouldn't notice if they were left behind mid-journey.

Audino nodded and proceeded to drag Poliwrath onto the train. The three Pokémon resumed their journey to Pokémon Tower.

Not long after the three Pokémon left, Yuga arrived on his Dragonite. The timing couldn't have been more unfortunate.

Yuga surveyed the trace of recent activities on the grassy field and contemplated: If their destination is the Pokémon Tower, I might as well go straight there and wait for them.

Dragonite is faster than a regular train, and judging from these traces, Audino, Wigglytuff, and Poliwrath couldn't have left too long ago. I might reach the Pokémon Tower before them.

Yuga had learned from Suzuki Koen that the three Pokémon had taken a train to leave. Even if he caught up with that particular train, he couldn't expect the staff to make a special stop for him, so it made sense to head directly to their presumed destination.

With this decision, Yuga urged his Dragonite to fly towards Pokémon Tower.

Soon, the train arrived at a small town called Whitecloud Town, a stop between Verdanturf Town and Mauville City. This town was the closest one to Pokémon Tower.

Disembarking here and walking for a while would lead them to the hill where Pokémon Tower stood.

As the train pulled into the station, Wigglytuff strapped the backpack onto its back, and then together with Audino, they got off the train. Poliwrath followed behind, still looking half-dead.

During their train ride, Audino and Wigglytuff had tried to find out what had happened to Poliwrath, but it remained tight-lipped, so they decided not to press further.

Walking out of the bustling Whitecloud Town station, Wigglytuff could already see the towering Pokémon Tower on a distant hill.

The Pokémon Tower was a striking, pitch-black structure with eight sides on each floor, and each corner eave held a golden bell. When a gentle breeze passed, the golden bells would sway lightly. These bells served the purpose of soothing spirits.

It was said that the Pokémon Towers in various regions were all inspired by the iconic Bell Tower in Johto, but it remained unknown whether this was true or not.

However, the origin of Pokémon Towers did indeed trace back to Johto, and their unique architectural style retained that Johto flavor. Before Pokémon Towers became prevalent in other regions, the resting place for departed Pokémon was typically a Pokémon cemetery.

Even today, some places didn't have Pokémon Towers and still used Pokémon cemeteries, often in line with local funeral customs.

While Audino and Wigglytuff had just arrived in Whitecloud Town, Yuga had already reached the Pokémon Tower on the outskirts of the town.

However, upon reaching the tower's entrance, he noticed something was amiss.

Typically, each Pokémon Tower would have dedicated monks to oversee it.

These monks were often skilled trainers, and yet, the entrance to this particular tower was eerily deserted.

Moreover, the aura here felt abnormal, with a concentration of restless Ghost-type energy that didn't seem to belong to the tower.

Pokémon Towers were known to be the favorite dwelling place of wild Ghost-type Pokémon. This unusual energy disturbance didn't fit the usual atmosphere of these places.

Whitecloud Town's Pokémon Tower was significantly larger than most others due to its shared jurisdiction between Mauville City and Verdanturf Town.

It was also safeguarded by a greater number of monks, all with considerable strength.

However, this Pokémon Tower was now ominously quiet.

Not only were the monks missing, but the Ghost-type Pokémon were absent as well. Even during daylight, Ghost-type Pokémon didn't usually stay entirely hidden.

At that moment, both Gengar and Mismagius emerged from the shadow realm.

"Gengar!"

Hehehe... the taste of the Ghost World!

Gengar waved its chubby hands gleefully, grinning from ear to ear.

"Mismagius!"

The Ghost World, indeed!

Mismagius deeply inhaled and sighed with delight.

Both Gengar and Mismagius were originally from the Ghost World, so they were particularly sensitive to its energy.

Yuga, upon hearing their remarks, momentarily froze.

He looked at the towering Pokémon Tower once more and wondered: What has happened here? Why is there a connection to the mysterious Ghost World?

After putting away the Dragonite, Yuga said to Gengar and Mismagius, "Let's go inside."

Gengar and Mismagius nodded in agreement and obediently followed Yuga into the tower.

With a creak, the heavy door of the Pokémon Tower's ground floor swung open, and its sharp echo reverberated through the vast, gloomy lobby, casting an eerie atmosphere over the entire tower.

The ground floor was empty and eerily quiet, spotlessly clean yet mysteriously silent.

After a brief exploration of the first floor, Gengar and Mismagius returned to Yuga, shaking their heads in bewilderment.

Yuga then started walking toward the staircase leading to the second floor.

Meanwhile, on the other side...

Poliwrath, Wigglytuff, and Audino left the Whitecloud Town station and continued toward the Pokémon Tower. After a while, Audino noticed the time and suggested taking a break for a meal and rest.

Although Wigglytuff was eager to get to the Pokémon Tower, considering the remaining distance, it was agreed to have a break. While Poliwrath was still half-dead.

The three Pokemon found a big tree, spread a picnic cloth under it and sat down. During the break, Wigglytuff took out some Pokeblocks from the backpack and shared them with Audino and Poliwrath. The three Pokémon enjoyed their lunch.

After finishing their meal, Wigglytuff took out a thermos and poured hot soup, prepared before their journey, into cups for Audino and Poliwrath. The three Pokémon savored the delicious soup.

At that moment, two Murkrow landed gracefully on the treetop nearby, gazing down with envy at the three satisfied Pokémon below.

Seizing an opportunity while the Pokémon were distracted, the Murkrow swiftly swooped down, grabbing the backpack that Wigglytuff had set aside, and took off into the sky at incredible speed, resembling arrows launched from a bow.

Wigglytuff: ...

Audino: ...

Audino reacted first and immediately started chasing after them, shouting in dismay.

Seeing that Poliwrath was still sitting there, dazed, Wigglytuff didn't hesitate and kicked it, saying, "What are you waiting for? Let's go after them!"

Poliwrath, still in a daze, slowly got up and followed Wigglytuff.

Biu, biu, biu!

While pursued them, Poliwrath keep using Water Gun to knock the Murkrow out of the sky.

However, the two Murkrow were incredibly agile, maintaining their grip on the backpack while skillfully evading Poliwrath's attacks.

They were clearly an experienced thieves.

Poliwrath, Audino, and Wigglytuff had rounded and plump bodies with short legs, making them much slower than the Murkrow who were soaring above.

It didn't take long before the two Murkrow vanished into the distance, leaving the three Pokémon behind.

Having lost their belongings, Audino and Wigglytyff soon found themselves in a quandary, wondering: What should we eat next?

Once their frustration had subsided, the three Pokémon discovered they had reached a riverside. The river was clear and clean, and they suddenly felt a bit thirsty.

Slurp, slurp, slurp...

After the three Pokémon had a long drink, they noticed a jovial Ludicolo accompanied by a group of Lotad approaching the riverside.

The Lotad had a naive look and, under Ludicolo's guidance, cheerfully jumped into the water.

During the playtime, one clumsy Lotad tripped over some nearby weeds. Ludicolo immediately picked it up gently, consoled it, and then placed it back into the water.

Just as Audino and Wigglytuff were about to leave, they noticed that Poliwrath's eyes were fixated on Ludicolo, gleaming with admiration.

Poliwrath's eyes had regained their shine, and it looked at Ludicolo without blinking.

Audino and Wigglytuff couldn't understand what had captivated Poliwrath and asked, "What's going on? Let's keep going!"

Holding its heart with both hands, Poliwrath dreamily said, "I think I might be in love again. It's so gentle, and I like it a lot."

With its plump physique, charming smile, and the sensual beak, Ludicolo had a unique allure that deeply attracted Poliwrath.

Audino and Wigglytuff exchanged puzzled glances, with Audino chiming in: Why use 'again'?

Audino then glanced at Ludicolo standing by the riveside and asked uncertainly: "Are you sure you like it?

As Poliwrath continued to stare at Ludicolo, which was standing by the river, its eyes gleamed, and it proclaimed, "Yes, it's love at first sight. I'm deeply in love, and I'm going to confess my feelings to it."

With that, it walked slowly towards Ludicolo.

When Audino heard this, she suddenly felt the thunder rolling down from the sky. she thought silently in her heart: It turns out that Poliwrath hobbies are so special. Shouldn't I look down on it?

But seeing Poliwrath getting closer and closer to Ludicolo, Audino couldn't help but shout: "Do you really like it? Its a male! Your relationship wouldn't be accepted by the world!

Click!

Upon hearing those words, Poliwrath felt like its heart had shattered into a million pieces, and scattering like dust in the wind.

It turned its wooden gaze toward Audino, with tears in its eyes, and asked, "Is it... is it true?"

Audino nodded, "It's true."

The distinction between male and female Ludicolo is quite clear, with the female Ludicolo having thinner brown stripes compared to the males. So Poliwrath who had never seen a Ludicolo before dont know about this.

There's lot Ludicolo in Yuga's Ecopark, but they are live in the Grassland Sub-Ecopark which far from the Shallow Seashore Sub-Ecopark where Poliwrath usually reside. And Poliwrath who don't have access to go to other Sub-Ecopark naturally impossible to see them.

Why i am so miserable!!!

Upon hearing Audino's answer, Poliwrath clutched its chest, feeling like it was about to faint.

However, in that moment, the once clear sky suddenly darkened, and the three Pokémon looked up to see a funnel-shaped black vortex forming over the Pokémon Tower in the distance.

"Something happend in Pokémon Tower!" Wigglytuff exclaimed, dashing in the direction of the tower, with Audino following closely behind.

At that moment, Poliwrath was too preoccupied with its heartache to react, but it eventually overcame the feeling and hurried to catch up after Audino and Wigglytuff, heading toward the tower.

Now, let's rewind the story by half an hour.

Yuga had just arrived on the second floor of the Pokémon Tower. He found several monks and their Pokémon strewn across the floor in disarray.

Since these monks were entrusted with guarding the Pokémon Tower, most of their Pokémon were Ghost-type, and they appeared listless, as if their male essence had been sucked dry by female goblin.

Yuga conducted a quick assessment and found that these monks and their Pokémon were still alive, which eased his initial concerns.

However, a sudden, piercing scream echoed through the area, causing Yuga to experience an excruciating headache.

Even Gengar and Mismagius, who had been with him, had pained expressions on their faces.

This was due to a Ghost-type Pokémon's "Astonish" move, which could unleash a mental attack through a piercing scream, causing opponents to shrink back in fear.

The scream soon subsided, allowing Yuga to compose himself. He released Bellossom and said: "Bellossom you stay here and take care the wounded monks and their Pokémon."

Bellossom's Grassy Terrain move is enough to treat these monk and their Pokemon.

After Bellossom nodded, with Gengar and Mismagius by his side, Yuga continued ascending the Pokémon Tower to investigate the source of the scream, which was undoubtedly coming from the upper levels.

The Pokemon Tower has a total of eighteen floors. On the way up, he encountered more monks and their Pokémon who had fainted due to the Astonish move on several floors.

Because the number of casualties was extensive, making it impossible for Yuga to attend to all of them. So Yuga could only leave Florges and Roserade behind and let them slowly collect these "bodies", while he, Gengar and Mismagius continued to search for the source of the screams.

Yuga ran all the way to the top of the Pokemon Tower, and finally when he reaching the top floor of the Pokémon Tower, Yuga spotted the source of the scream: a towering Trevenant.

This colossal Trevenant branches dominated a significant portion of the eighteenth floor of the Pokémon Tower with its enormous, eerie presence.

When Yuga arrived, he witnessed a figure engaged in a fierce battle with the Trevenant—a Ghost-type Elite Four, Phoebe.

Phoebe was intently commanding her team, consisting of Drifblim, Dusknoir, Banette, Chandelure, and Sableye, to attack the Trevenant.

She was so absorbed in the battle that she didn't even notice Yuga's arrival. Furthermore, her Sableye had undergone Mega Evolution, signifying the intense nature of this battle..

The Mega Evolution stone for Sableye was a trophy Yuga had obtained from Bridges. And Yuga had later traded it with Phoebe for Gengar's Mega Evolution Stone. Now that Mega Evolution Stone is used to enhance her Sableye.

Aside from Phoebe, in one corner of the eighteenth floor, there was an elderly monk with a snow-white beard who was severely injured. Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth, and Gengar was standing guard by his side.

Phoebe hadn't noticed Yuga's arrival, but the elderly monk did. He recognized Yuga, and when he saw Yuga coming, he breathed a long sigh of relief: Today's crisis should be resolved.

Yuga knew this old monk, when Yuga had come to bury Granbull's remains, this elderly monk is the one who received him. This elderly monk was the abbot of the Pokémon Tower.

The attack from the Trevenant on Phoebe was very strange. It exuded an eerie black aura on its body, and its crimson single eye had a menacing and ferocious look.

Shadow Ball were launched by the Trevenant, aimed at Phoebe and her five Pokémon. The Mega Sableye stood at the forefront, wielding a massive red gem, defending against all the Shadow Ball.

Chandelure, with its Flamethrower, Dusknoir Omnious Wind, and Banette Will-O-Wisp hit the Trevenant for free.

However, the towering Trevenant wielded its enormous arms, using Shadow Claw to easily deflect all the attacks at once.

This Trevenant's Shadow Claw was terrifying. Phoebe's Pokémon were unable to approach it as they feared getting struck by its deadly claws.

The elderly abbot also had been defeated by this Shadow Claw. If Phoebe hadn't arrived in time, the monks of the Pokémon Tower would likely have met their doom at the hands of this Trevenant.

The Trevenant was incredibly terrifying that even though Phoebe engaged it with five Pokémon, she can't get advantage from it, and they were still slowly losing the battle.

Boom!

Just as the colossal wooden hammer seemed ready to strike Phoebe down, a massive green wooden mallet appeared above her. The force behind it seemed sufficient to crush Phoebe into oblivion.

Phoebe's Pokémon were pinned down by the Trevenant's Shadow Claw, and they watched in horror as the colossal mallet descended. However, a Shadow Ball and a Mystical Fire struck the Trevenant squarely in its crimson eye.

The Trevenant let out a horrifying scream as its colossal hammer shattered into countless fragments, dissipating like twinkling stars.

Phoebe turned her head and was astounded to see Yuga with Mismagius and Mega Gengar standing behind him.

Excitedly, Phoebe asked, "Yuga, how did you get here?"

Yuga, with a serious expression, responded, "We'll talk about it later. Let's deal with the enemy in front of us first."

He had already learned from Gengar and Mismagius that this Trevenant had come from the Ghost World and should be an envoys that guide the lost souls.

Phoebe is an envoy of the Ghost World in the human world. Logically speaking, she and Trevenany should not be in conflict, but something is obviously wrong with this Trevenant.

The Ghost-type Pokemon who guide the lost soul to the Ghost World were generally have gentle personalities, just like Cecilia's Dusknoir.

Although Cecilia is not a good person, her Dusknoir is indeed kind-hearted. Even if half of her soul later becomes Muya, it still affects Muya's actions all the time.

However, Yuga didn't have time to think the reason why the Trevenant was attacking Phoebe. His primary focus was to subdue it first.

While this Trevenant possessed considerable strength, reaching the Junior Champion level, facing off against seven Pokémon, especially Yuga's Mega Gengar who its strength close to Champion level after mega evolution, it quickly found itself at a disadvantage.

Bang, bang, bang!

Mega Gengar, Mismagius, and Chandelure's Shadow Balls hit Trevenant's head simultaneously. Its green foliage atop its head was knocked off, and Yuga saw an odd yellowish dumpling falling from it.

"That is..." Yuga began.

Seeing the dumpling, Phoebe exclaimed, "That's the Pokémon formed from the soul that's supposed to be guided!"

When the dumpling landed on the ground, Yuga realized that it was a Mimikyu. However, this Mimikyu remained in a state of unconsciousness; even when it hit the ground, it didn't wake up.

Yuga was puzzled. If this Mimikyu was meant to be guided by the Trevenant, it could just let Trevenant guide it. Why had it alarmed Phoebe, who was an Envoy of the Ghost World?

According to the norm, Ghost World envoys only dealt with lost souls lingering in the Human World who were reluctant to return to the Ghost World.

Infuriated by the loss of the Mimikyu, the Trevenant used its Astonish move again. Yuga was stunned by the horrifying psychic power that left him feeling dizzy and disoriented.

However, while the chaos unfolded, no one noticed that Mimikyu had been snatched by Gengar and secretly stashed in Yuga's Shadow Space. Gengar then rejoined the battle.

To quickly deal with the Trevenant, Yuga sent out his most powerful Pokémon: Lapras.

Lapras, upon arrival, unleashed a powerful Hydro Pump move from its mouth. And the tremendous impact of the move was sent Trevenant flying.

The colossal Trevenant wasn't lightweight, and this powerful strike caused the eighteenth floor of the Pokémon Tower to crumble, even toppling the roof.

With a furious howl, the Trevenant crashed through the shattered walls and plummeted from the tower's top floor.

Boom!

Dust and debris filled the air as the Trevenant howled in agony, convulsing upon hitting the ground. It was severely wounded from the fall.

Yuga, Phoebe, and the elderly abbot were safely transported out of the collapsing tower by their Pokémon, floating in the air.

At that moment, the Trevenant emitted a black light, and it soared high into the sky. Dark clouds slowly gathered beneath it, forming a funnel.

Seeing this, Phoebe's expression turned grave. "This is bad! The Trevenant is opening a portal to the Ghost World! Stop it quickly! If the Ghost World portal opens, the consequences will be disastrous!"

The Ghost World and the Human World were never meant to be in contact. But it was too late; a black portal appeared under the black funnel. Energy of ghostly spirits poured out of it, making even Yuga's Mismagius and Gengar feel agitated.

Just then, Yuga received a message from the system in his mind: [ Throw your egg into the portal! ]

Yuga was puzzled at first but soon realized that the system was referring to the Pokémon egg that Christia had given him. This egg, after coming into his possession, had shown no sign of hatching.

Though he wasn't sure why the system wanted him to do this, Yuga trusted it. So, he reached into the system's inventory, retrieved the Pokémon egg, and threw it into the portal.

Yuga's aim was true; the egg landed exactly at the entrance of the portal. The portal began to shrink as the spirits and energy were sucked into the egg. The portal grew smaller and smaller due to the egg's overwhelming attraction.

Buzz!

When the last trace of energy was drawn in, and the portal vanished, the crisis was solved.

When the portal vanished, a white light emanated from the Pokémon egg that suspended in the air. After the white light subsided, a new Pokémon stood there.

if you forgot the egg originally belong to Bridges, after the his fall, his grandson had conflict with Yuga and his elder sister gave Yuga the egg as compensation.

I'm forgot her name so if you remember you can tell me i would edit it later.

Btw poor Poliwrath i want to hate him but looking how miserable he was now a can't hate him anymore LOL
