5 First Blood.

Alexander Davis, the young isekai-obsessed ex-college student from New York, Earth, was getting everything he wanted.

At the age of 18, he was summoned to another world while starting up a new MMORPG game by the King of the Kingdom of Eiru, a nation known for its proficiency in holy magic and summoning otherworldly heroes to become 'Holy Guard' to complete a variety of missions for the king, including but not limited to eliminating Demon Lords.

When Alex was first brought here, he was disappointed to find that he was not alone. He had expected himself to be in a protagonist kind of scenario for himself, where he was the greatest warrior of the land, destined to be the saviour of the world. To his dismay, he was not the first, and will not be the last otherworldly hero to be summoned.

At the time, Eiru already had about 20 heroes with a variety of special skills and professions. About half of them were from Earth while the rest were from other worlds.

Fortunately for Alex however, luck was on his side. From the moment he arrived in this world, he had immediately attained legendary stats as a hero, overtaking Eiru's other summoned heroes.

Upon seeing this, the King of Eiru immediately appointed him as the most elite among the Holy Guard of Eiru with much favouritism with a variety of perks, such as allowing him to choose his missions, granting him powerful holy weapons and armour, and assigning two beautiful young female magic users from the Mage Academy to serve his needs.

Armed with these newfound privileges, and a heart of egoistic ambitions focused on glory and expanding his otherworldly harem, he soon got word of a weak and petty female Demon Lord in the Far East named Yang Meilin, who he soon developed a strong and almost obsessive lust for after receiving a picture of.

The two girls he had were not enough, he needed to conquer this beautiful demon lord and seduce her into his arms. After some convincing with the King to let him take this insignificant Demon Lord under his wing and service after destroying her domain and vanquishing her powers, he and his companions soon set off for the long journey east to seek her, taking other minor conquests along the way while picking up rumours of her along the way which only made his bodily passion for Yang Meilin.

...

In the heat of battle, 9th-Rank Demon Lord Yang Meilin of the Shenwu Domain clenched her teeth and leapt backwards, narrowly avoiding the edge of Alex's Holy Sword, which maintained a firey golden aura along its blade.

"Guh... This insufferable brat..." she muttered to herself while she wiped the sweat and dust mixture off her battle-weary face, her dark robes ripped and cut at numerous spots and half of her right sleeve ripped off, which the hero Alex held in his hand like a trophy.

"What a sweet aroma... you smell just like flowers..." he said while maintaining his lustful gaze on her tired face, taking joy in her stubborn resistance.

"Please, my dear... I have already shown myself to be a perfect husband to you. I'm stronger than you. Won't you just give up and join me already?" he said, mustering the most affectionate voice he could while spreading his arms to show that he did not want to fight her. "Please?"

Now down on one knee, Meilin started to feel the pressure of the holy magic wear down on her demon body. The genetic advantages of being a demon are nullified, leaving her with the strength of the average human girl, which is not much. But still, she was not finished. While her magic and demonic powers may have been halted by the holy qualities of Alex's weapons and armour, the embers of determination in her heart were not extinguished.

"You... You're not strong at all... It's all that damn holy artefacts you have!" she yelled "I'll never yield to a pathetic perverted human like you... you'd better kill me!"

Hearing this, Alex frowned. This was not going the way he had expected it to go at all.  'This isn't right... Shouldn't she be surrendering at this point? Why is she still fighting me? It's not like she has any worth being an insignificant demon lord in the middle of nowhere! This ungrateful bitch... I could give her such a good life and she'd rather just die?' he thought, his blood boiling.

"Is that so?" he asked Meilin, as he stripped his armour off, piece by piece. "You think I'm weak without my gear?" he snarled, his armour now strewn all over the floor as he held his sword while wearing nothing but a shirt and his pants.

Meilin looked at him, bewildered "W-what are you doing?" she asked, raising her sword again, the confusion creating a drip of fear in her soul.

"Ahh... looks like this is going to turn into an ecchi manga..." he muttered to himself as he sighed with a smile, his palm to his face. "If I can't convince you to join me with my skills, I guess I'll convince you with my seed!" he declared, a creepy and predatory smile drawn upon his face.

Hearing this, Meilin's eyes widen in shock. "Wait... you can't mean that for real right? You're supposed to be a hero!" she exclaimed, picking her sword up and pointing it at him.

Chuckling, Alex approached her. "Wow... this sounds exactly like what I had in mind..." he said as he stepped closer and closer to her, his sword in his hands. "I promise I'll be gentle Meilin..."

"Stop saying such things! Get back!" Meilin tried to stand and face him with her  Jian, but the aura of his sword kept her down. "Guh... Stop this at once!"

Alex simply savoured every moment of her final efforts at resistance. "We'll just get that plaything out of here shall we?" he said as he slapped Meilin's  Jian with the blunt side of his sword, which collapsed a few meters away on her left.

Meilin reached out to try and summon her sword to her hand as she had done previously, but it did not budge. She turned to face him again, only to find him standing before her, taking his shirt off. "You're not going to do this right? Right? You're supposed to be a hero!" she desperately cried.

Ignoring her cries, Alex swung his sword downwards. Meilin expected the blade to come down on her flesh, only to experience no pain. "I don't like my women to dress so modestly in my presence... You should how a little skin..." Alex said ominously as he used his sword to undo her robes, exposing her cleavage and regions of her underwear.

Blushing profusely in embarrassment, Meilin moved her hands to cover herself up while yelling at her assaulter. "What do you think you're doing? You fucking pervert! Get off me!"

Without any of the strength which her demonic powers granted her, Alex easily moved her hands away from her chest, gazing upon them. "They're so perfect... Don't tell the other two, but you're sexier than them..." he whispered as he got lower and lower towards her face.

"No... stop... Please... just kill me already...." Meilin muttered, her actions now futile as she felt this hero feel the curves of her body as he moved to kiss her. "Shhh... It'll all be over in a moment... You'll be loving me soon..." Alex said with a snarl.

Meilin closed her eyes as a single tear slid down her cheek.  'Somebody help me...' she wished, feeling Alex's breath nearing her face, when a voice called out.

"Halt! Get off her!"

...

25-year-old ex-Navy Captain Henry Li stood behind the 18-year-old ex-college student Alexander Davis, his P30 handgun drawn and pointed at his back. His breath was heavy as he kept his gun up. He had just witnessed a tense battle between two powerful magic users, and here he was. A simple magicless human with no aptitude for magic and a 9mm Pistol. And now, he was facing a teenager with what would be described in the old world as 'witchcraft'. Which wasn't strictly wrong, to say the least.

"Step away from her son, don't do anything stupid," Henry yelled, his voice full of authority as he cautiously approached Alex, who was currently trying to kiss Meilin while touching her body.

"Who's there?" Alex exclaimed, turning back to see Henry with his gun pointed at him. "Wait is that a- Oh... I see... Hah... how troublesome...." Alex let go of Meilin, who was resisting the urge to break with tears streaming down the sides of her face as she pleaded for him to end her life. She looked at Henry, a man she knew to have no magic at all, as if he was mad, while slowly pushing herself backwards away.

Alex stepped back and turned to face Henry, who kept his gun trained on him. Scratching his head, he sighed. "Look, man... I don't want any trouble. We're both from the same world! Why don't you just... walk away?" he said.

Henry maintained his position, "What are you some sort of soldier or something?" Alex asked, his hand on his hip as he held his sword by his side.

"That's right, and I presume you're supposed to be a knight?" Henry replied, grinning with amusement as he lowered his gun.

Seeing this, Alex smiled and joyously replied "Heck yeah dude! Isn't this awesome? I was just some random nobody from New York, and now I got two bitches and a third on the way!"  he gestured towards Meilin, who looked at Henry with an expression of shock and betrayal.

"Nice man! Hey, being a knight makes you a member of the armed forces right?" Henry further asked.

Alex frowned, considering the question. "Uh... Yeah? I guess so What are you trying to become like me?" he replied, chuckling.

Returning the chuckle, Henry nodded lightly "Haha, something like that... Oh, by the way, those people I saw back there, was that your work?" he probed further, his gaze steady.

Beaming with pride, Alex confidently responded "Heck yeah dude! Made quick word of them. Fuckers didn't even put up much of a fight!"

Henry nodded "Right... And by the looks of it you were just about to rape that woman over there?" he asked, chuckling.

"Eh... I wouldn't call it rape... More of like... 'Convincing'" Alex replied, winking playfully. "What's with all these questions dude?"

"I just wanted to hear you confess before I did this."

Bang.

Henry's expression hardered as he held his kept up, a wisp of smoke escaping the barrel as the 9mm shell casing hit the cold stone floor with a Clink.

Looking down, Alex who was still smiling looked down and watched as a small hole in his chest turned red from the escaping blood. He looked up and saw Henry's expression, and the understanding dawned on him.

Clutching his sword tightly, Alex gritted his teeth in anger, his eyes burning with fury as he stared Henry down. "You... You motherfucker! I'll kill you! Grahhhh!" he yelled as he leapt forward, his greatsword raised, aiming to strike Henry down and-

Bang.

Another round hit him square in his chest, and he fell onto his knees, blood at his mouth.  'What the hell? Am I not supposed to be a powerful hero? Was I just killed by some random guy with a fucking gun? This isn't fucking fair!" he thought to himself, enraged.

With a look of hate, he muttered to Henry. "...Why?"

As he watched this 'hero' bleed out before him, Henry got down onto one knee and faced him, his expression stern.

"Soldiers killing unarmed civilians and committing rape on defeated enemy combatants are war crimes... Not to mention that these are just pretty disgusting things for someone to do in the first place," he whispered, holding his gun to Alex's throat. "Try and be a better person in your next life, son." Henry said as he pulled the trigger, as thoughts of regret and anger filled his consciousness before fading to black.

Bang.

...

As the two girls who had accompanied Alex fled as soon as they the first shot was fired, Henry stepped over the corpse of the late hero Alexander Davis, approaching the disgraced and violated Demon Lord Yang Meilin who lay on the ground, still recovering from the holy magic.

"Are you alright?" Henry asked as he offered his hand.

A thousand questions were swimming through Meilin's sea of thoughts as she stared at Henry's face with her eyes wide. The question that surfaced, was "Why?"

"Why did you help me? After what I did... I threw you aside like rubbish!" she exclaimed, tears dripping.

"Because I couldn't just walk away from something as heinous as that," Henry replied as he picked her up and helped her get back on her feet. "Plus, that girl over there asked me to give you a hand, I just couldn't say no."

Meilin looked up and saw who Henry was talking about, the palace maid who had come to tell her about the hero's attack, the one she had yelled at in frustration. She lay there lifeless, leaning against the wall with a soft smile on her face, as if she knew that her mistress had been saved.

This was a breaking point for her. Meilin grits her teeth in anger and cries. "If only I had been stronger... If only I could have withstood that bastard's holy magic... Then she may not have died... What kind of weak Demon Lord am I? That guy was right... I am insignificant..." she muttered, tears dripping down onto the stone floor. Henry brought over to a stone stool in a corner of the courtyard and bent over to speak to her, raising her head by her chin.

"Listen. This was not your fault," Henry said, his voice calm and reassuring. "Strength doesn't always mean resisting every force that comes your way. You were up against a powerful enemy, and you survived. It just shows that you were resilient enough to face it."

Meilin sniffled and managed a weak nod, her thoughts beginning to clear from the fog of despair. "But I couldn't protect her," she whispered, referring to the fallen palace maid. "As a Demon Lord, I should be strong enough to, but I can't protect anyone."

Henry sighed softly, understanding her pain. "Sometimes, we can't protect everyone, no matter how strong we are. It's a harsh reality, but it doesn't make you insignificant. It makes you human, and even Demon Lords have their vulnerabilities."

He offered her a handkerchief, and Meilin took it, wiping away her tears as she continued to listen. Henry's presence and his words were like a lifeline in this moment of turmoil.

Henry was about to step away and check on the body of the hero when he felt a tug at his sleeve.

"Please... stay with me..."
