Chapter seventeen

"Chaos?" the Vampire Prince repeated after him. "Why will you be given such a name," he said and looked at the man as if he had gone nuts. "As if you can truly cause chaos like your name implies," he added.

The man in front of him gave a sly grin.

"That's because I am the god of chaos. It is my job to cause chaos wherever there is peace. That's my job. As far as life is concerned, there is no peace without chaos Khaid." Chaos respond.

Prince Khaid looked at him for a few minutes then started laughing.

"So you want me to believe what you just said right now? What if you were sent by the man you are condemning?" Prince Khiad said. "I don't have your time and I don't care to know who you are so if you will excuse me, I have got something else on my mind, and that something is how to fight and defeat Darius." he added and prepare himself to run back to his kingdom but Chaos voice stopped him.

"You cannot defeat Darius, I told you, only I can."

"Well if truly you can, why are you bothering me? Darius is in that palace, go and fight him there and leave me alone."

"I told you, he has something of mine and without it, well, I will be on the same page he is."

"That still isn't my business. My blood-"

Chaos cut him off. "Your Blood Singer will join us." and placed a hand on the Vampire Prince shoulder and began walking around him. "When you were born, you were born with dark power and as you grew, you wondered how you got it and still don't know till now, you still don't even know how to use it. You think just summoning it and creating dark arrows from it is all about your dark power, no Khiad it is more than that, you haven't unleashed your full power capacity."

"I don't understand you. Yes, I was born with the dark power and only my father knows, so he made me hide it from others."

"Your power shouldn't be kept hidden. Do you know who you are? You are more than a Prince." he stopped right in front of him and stared into the Vampire Prince red eyes. "What did Darius use to bring you here?" he asked.

Prince Khiad wanted to reply to him rudely by saying 'Didn't you see it or are you blind.' but instead he said, "It was a whirlwind, you saw it right? Do you want to rub it on my face?"

"No, not at all. If you had known what your power is, you could have controlled it and the whirlwind could have listened to you. You are not just a Prince, you are the god of tornadoes."

"What?" The Vampire Prince's eyes were as round as sockets.

"Yes," Chaos said and smiled briefly at him. "I will come again when you are ready, you are still in shock. You already know how to summon me." he added.

Prince Khiad opened his mouth but the black mist covered chaos and he was gone in a twinkle of an eye.

"But I don't know how to summon you." he whispered and without lingering around, he headed for his kingdom. He needed to tell his father what had transpired between him and Darius and this chaos of a guy.

Wolf Kingdom: Amenia Room:

"Oh, you are awake. I thought I had killed you but it seems like I failed in that aspect." he told her, still grinning.

"I will kill you." Amenia gritted out.

"I keep hearing that but guess what, you can't do anything to me." Darius said and a knock on the door stopped him, he knew who it was. He stopped himself from calling out 'Come in' and surprised himself by going to open the door and saw Anubis and two female servants carrying a big bucket of water each. "Drop it, I will carry it myself." The two servants dropped the buckets, soap and sponge and left. "Do you need a special announcement?"

"No my King, I'm just wondering, bothered about my daughter. That's all." Anubis said. "I thought after last night, you'd leave this morning."

"Anubis just because I have given you the liberty to move and talk as you want, you think you can speak to me any time you want. The next time you speak without me asking you too, what will roll down on the floor won't be your head, but your tongue. And like I told that stupid Vampire Prince, she is now my property, she is now mine and I am not done with her. Now get out!"

Bowing his head, he left.

His black mist carried the bucket to the bathroom. Closing the door, he turned around and saw Amy who was standing close to the bed and staring down at Amenia

"Amy, what are you doing here? I did not send for you." Darius said and used his black mist to cover Amenia. "It's not dark yet and you are here. Is there a problem in the castle?"

"There is no problem, the only problem is that you didn't return so I am here so that we can leave. You know it took a lot of guts to come here knowing fully well that I can't be seen in the day." Amy replied.

Amenia stared at the woman for a while, now she understands why the woman's skin is as black as coal, it's because they fear the day. Her eyes shifted to Darius whose skin looked normal to her and was not as black as coal like the woman.

"I will be spending more days here that's why I left you in charge until I return."

"But," Amy said, covering the space between her and Darius. "That's not what you and I agreed on, you said you are going to fuck her thoroughly and with what I have seen, you did, now let's return back."
