64 Rebuilt.

Diablo was currently gathering his people when he sneezed.

"That's weird, I have never…"

Diablo paused for a moment as his eyes widened with the purest form of fear and regret.

"I must have just missed something my lord did."

...

I returned to where the people were only to be greeted by shocked expressions. The majority of the people here were experiencing an error 404 brain not found. What I had just done had broken their boundaries on what was possible and what wasn't.

"Well, I think that is enough to call it a day. Don't you think?"

"..."

"Tough crowd."

The crowd stayed silent before they all began to cheer. They had seen the land they had lived in all of their lives had been rebuilt better than before. And it all had been done in just a few hours. They were ready to give up and move into the neighboring cities and kingdoms. In fact, some of them had already moved. Some were crying some were screaming in joy, some were still speechless.

When they had been informed that Carrion had become a subordinate to the new demon lord and had abandoned his title as a demon lord most felt like it was not appropriate. But like many monsters Beastkin had an instinct, to follow the strong. Their resolution had changed completely and they were now willing to follow any orders the new emperor gave them.

"How about we make some preparations for tomorrow, we gotta start building again right?"

Another loud cheer was heard and they began to move at the same time. I had worked over some plans with Carrion for the building of the next Eurazania. It had taken a lot of hard work and assistance from Ciel but we were able to design a new city in a short amount of time.

It carried the same building style as the old Eurazania but the technology had been updated and the layout of the city had also been improved. Eurazania was like Tempest, it had begun as a small tribe of beastkin that slowly expanded as they acquired a bigger population. For that reason, the layout of the city wasn't the greatest. It wasn't intended to be such a huge city so the plans didn't properly accommodate for that. Now that we were starting from zero we were able to organize the city in a more efficient way.

Night had fallen and the preparations had stopped for the day. I was staying in a tent I had created since I wanted to spend some time here. I had just teleported back from visiting Tempest and was making some small preparations for the following days.

And not too long after I heard a voice from the outside.

"May I come in."

"Yes."

Entering the Tent was Albis carrying some large bottles of alcohol.

"Sir Rimuru, I was wondering if you would want to share some drinks with me."

"I wouldn't mind."

And so some drinks began, while I was in theory immune to poisoning I could adjust my resistances to feel some of the effects. I would have to be blind to not be able to see what she was trying to do every time she moved a bit closer to me. We continued to talk for a really long time. Some hours had passed when we heard another voice from outside the tent.

"Rimuru-sama, would you mind if I came in?"

I heard Albis tsk quietly.

The voice on the other side of the door was Suphia.

"Come in"

And so Suphia joined in the chat that ran through the night. In the beginning, there was a bit of a competitive aura before they made a silent agreement and began to help each other out. And by the time morning was starting to arrive they were both right next to me on either side.

"...And that was how I ended up becoming a Beastketeer. Since I defeated Hrothgar I was able to take his place. He actually ended retiring after his defeat to go take care of his family." Suphia finished her story.

Seeing the first strands of light passing through the door of the tent I decided it was time to get back to work.

(3rd Pov)

A green-haired maid was walking towards Guy Crimson.

"Here are the reports you asked for Guy-sama." Mizeri said while passing some papers.

Guy took a quick look through them and then he threw them away.

"An empire… That slime sure is ambitious. What do you think Velzard?"

Velzard who was casually sitting in another chair while reading a book answered.

"I don't see anything wrong with it. You should be the one asking yourself what to do. Didn't Veldanava tell you to keep balance in the world?"

Guy only gave her a deadpan look before she continued speaking.

"I think the slime is doing a good job. When you told me about Veldora I decided to take a secret look at his city and judging by what I saw the slime must have been some sort of good influence on my stupid brother.

He thinks he is doing such a good job controlling his aura but he is only average at best. But since he hasn't gone on a rampage since he escaped the cave I would say he is taking good care of him." And she spoke the next words in a murmur "Though I could have probably fixed him if I killed him a few more times…"

She then lifted the book in her hand.

"Plus they have some good literature. Some human named Lai has quite the collection of books on sale"

Guy couldn't help but sigh after hearing what she said.

"I guess a promise is a promise. I should probably stop the slime. Though he would be quite useful for my bet…"

"You and your bets. Though if you do plan to stop him don't kill him. I owe him a favor for bringing some sense to my brother."

Guy spoke to Mizeri.

"Since he was last spotted in Jistav tell me when he returns to Tempest. It's about time we pay him a visit."

"Understood, Guy-sama."

Velzard turned away from her book for a moment.

"I am going too. I want to properly talk with my brother."

"Why didn't you talk to him last time?"

Velzard glanced at the pile of books for a second before answering with a serious tone.

"I had more important business to deal with."

(1st pov, Rimuru.)

Since I was personally helping out with the reconstruction everything was going smoothly. I mainly used space magic to transport all of the materials to where they would be needed using space magic. It saved a lot of time in transportation and it allowed the rest of the builders to focus on their own things.

Ciel was acting as a manager and with her skills and directions, the construction was being extremely efficient. Everyone was working at max capacity and they were getting rest and rotation duties whenever needed. The people were also extremely motivated after seeing what had happened yesterday so they were doing their very best.

Depending on the availability of the high orcs I would bring them here to assist with the building. I had an open channel with Geld where he gave me updates on who was in a good and rested state and not needed at the other projects.

I had even called Varuut and his orchestra to play to the people working. It was a peculiar use of his skill but thanks to it everyone was working in sync laying down the infrastructure needed at an impressive rate.

Food was being cooked in Tempest and then teleported here by me. Since Eurazania was mainly a country that supplied crops a large number of farms were in the works as well at the moment. But it would take some time for the fruits to fully mature and to obtain a steady supply of food.

The kids were also helping out in their own way. They may still be kids but thanks to the spirits and their skills they were actually able to help out a lot.

Days passed with the daily work on rebuilding during the day and a meeting with Albis and Suphia during the night. Everything was going quite smoothly so I thought it was about time I returned to Tempest. As long as they kept their momentum I wouldn't be surprised if they finished a good portion of the city in just this month.

It sounded ridiculous but thanks to the massive strength and skills of the large majority of the people working here it was possible. Add to that the fact that magic was a thing in this world and the increasing workforce every day. The old citizens of Euarazania were returning to assist with the construction and even some people who had never lived in Eurazania were planing to assist however they could after hearing about it being rebuilt.

While the kids had spent some time working and helping out they had also spent most of their time with other kids from Eurazania. Another school was going to be built here as well that would work similarly to the one in Tempest.

I took a look at the growing city and couldn't help but let out a satisfied smile.
