3 Nathaniel Krane

"Ahh!!" He shouted in shock as he jumped back, clearly not expecting any form of reply

[Individual "Nathaniel Krane" is in a Mental simulation designed to help cope with the shock that is about to come] the voice said again.

This time though, the man was much calmer.

He felt as though this was normal considering his situation though he didn't understand what it meant by him not being dead. He clearly saw his new body die so how wasn't he dead…..

"Wait a minute, is this like those reincarnation things where I get dropped off into another body then sees some God and gets some wishes" the man now known as Nathaniel Krane asked as a smile bloomed on his face.

He wouldn't say he didn't enjoy his previous life but God knows he will jump at any opportunity to live in an alternate universe with the side benefit of having certain wishes granted.

Everyone would agree to such a proposal in an instant and he seemed to have found himself in such a position so why wouldn't he be happy especially after he just saw his last hope die.

[Individual "Nathaniel Krane" is not dead and We do not possess the abilities to grant any of your wishes, however if said wish is to return you to the physical realm then we can do so] the voice replied

"What do you mean, I am not dead" Nathan asked, incapable of understanding what was happening, was this all a dream or were some people with high tech equipment playing a prank on him.

[Individual "Nathaniel Krane" is now in possession of the body which formerly belonged to the individual "Victor Stone"]

"Victor Stone…. Victor stone… wait Victor Stone as in Cyborg… wait a minute, I was reincarnated into the DC Multiverse"

Nathan couldn't believe his ears, he could accept that they couldn't grant him his wishes after all not all fanfic protagonists get wishes, some do but their wishes aren't as useful as they thought it would be.

He, on the other hand, had problems coming to terms that he was reborn into a universe as dangerous as the DC Multiverse.

As if to make matters worse, he was reincarnated as the no name character, Victor Stone.

He only knew the guy because Cyborg was part of the Justice League: War movie.

Yes, he was cool but come on, he only has tech on his side and worse, bruv wasn't even wise enough to use it well.

Knowing the character he was reincarnated into, Nathan now understood what the voice meant by he wasn't dead.

Victor Stone technically died after the explosion that cost him his limbs but thanks to the energies of the Fatherbox, he was revived and Nathan could already guess what was about to happen to him.

"Wait now that I think about it, I was narrating this book at some point right" Nathan suddenly said remembering something else entirely
