So, apart from Reborn (who would refuse because it would lead to opposing the Vongola in some way, and this would bring a conflict with his function of a guardian at their request) and Verde (who remains without news for some time, a sign that he is on to something major, and if he interrupted it now it would just be counterproductive). There was only one Arcobaleno left that he could call upon Fon.

After talking to Hibari's father, he agreed to help him on the condition that Lambo would fight Hibari and win, but Lambo would still have to do them a favor if the opportunity arose in the future.

Upon making the deal, Lambo understood where Hibari's personality came from and his desire to fight powerful people.

They walked down a long corridor, more luxurious than the others, to a majestic double door with dragons carved into it. When Lambo opened it, he could see that it was a weapons room where the walls were lined with weapons of all kinds.

They ranged from ancient Chinese swords and Zweihänder to the latest weapons such as pistols and rocket launchers, a sight that froze Lambo in place for a second, as the room could look like a war museum covering several hundred square meters.

Hibari's father (Lao): "Choose any weapon that suits you for the fight."

Upon hearing this, Lambo shook his head indicating that it was not necessary, and took out his horns from his pockets and put them on his head.

After Hibari took a pair of tonfa from one of the walls, they entered an annexed fighting room and both of them took their positions.

Lao: "On my signal the fight begins, it will only stop if one of the fighters gives up or if one of the fighters cannot continue... Start!"

At that moment Hibari charged at Lambo with a series of attacks that were mostly dodged by Lambo before he gave a sidekick that Hibari blocked with his tonfa.

Hibari resumed his attacks but Lambo stopped him in his tracks by sending electric shocks all around him forcing Hibari to dodge and take a more defensive position. Seeing this Lambo attacked Hibari by hardening his fists with his lightning flames which created sparks when they came in contact with Hibari's metal tonfa, but at that moment the ends of Hibari's tonfa broke off to leave small pointed weights connected by a chain to his tonfa which allowed him to take some distance and catch his breath.

Understanding that the fight would not be easy, Hibari gave a predatory smile before he used the chains as whips making it difficult for Lambo to dodge. Seeing this, Lambo covered himself with a thin armor of lightning and used the 'Electrico Cornatta' (when he attacks like a bull) to neutralize Hibari's attacks.

Lambo wondered why his attacks didn't affect Hibari despite his metallic tonfa and realized that the handles were insulating, Hibari obviously remembered their last confrontation, and scorching his weapons with his flames would only give Hibari an advantage. Realizing this, Lambo stopped his techniques to give everything in one last attack and concentrated all his flames in his fist to give it maximum strength.

Lambo then attacked Hibari and despite the whip/chain strikes he landed his attack while avoiding Hibari at the very last moment but his attack created a small crater and a shockwave that threw Hibari against a wall, knocking him out.

(As he delivered this last attack with 100% of his strength, while surrounded by small green flashes, Lambo couldn't help but think that he looked like a certain apprentice hero)

Lao: "Lambo is the winner!" he said after checking that Hibari was okay, he was just passed out.
