2. Debt

I was stunned for a few minutes. I was waiting for him to say that it was a joke or something but he was not even looking at me. I took few steps back and started laughing.

I shook my head and said :- No , I know you are joking dad.'

My mom come forward and said -" Its true..... its all true."

" No no no ....you are lying. ...he....he's older than me..... you are lying."

They were crying. I don't know what to do, how to react. My tears flowing involuntarily . I asked in whisper voice -" Why...."

They looked at me with so much guilt and said -" We are sorry dear."

I shook my head slowly while taking back steps. I run to my room and locked myself inside and started crying.

I don't know for how long I cried and after some time I ask them why are they doing this to me. And my father told me that its because of him . He borrowed a huge debt from Mr. Danny for his gambling habits. There was a time limit of the debt and if my father didn't payback on time so he will have to bear the unexpected consequences. My dad thought that he will return the debt on time but he didn't.

Then that man shows his true nature and demands to marry me. He is an old , fat and ugly . I don't like him at all. He gives bait to my father that he doesn't have to payback the debt but on one condition that he wants me in exchange of debt . But my father didn't agree to hi. He threatens my father in every way and in the end my father agree to his condition.

my dad said to me -" I am sorry baby its all my fault I am sorry... sorry."

I didn't say any thing and went to my room . I cried whole night. when I wake up again my mom was already in front of me. I can't control myself and hugged her tightly and we both started crying. After some time my mom left me alone. I go to the bathroom and stand in front of the mirror, my eyes are red and swollen. I thought every possibility to avoid this forced marriage or run away from this situation but I can't do this to my family. And finally I decided to marry him only for my family safety.

I always believe in love . I never fall in love because I didn't find my Mr. Right. I was waiting for him but not anymore . Today I am going to marry someone that I never love . After marriage I started to live like dead woman because when he will touch me my soul will be dead . I will start to live that nightmare that I will never over come.
