His Trick

After the ceremony ended, only the two families remained in the hall. As their parents were talking, Shenaya and Tanasha went to the hotel's outdoor garden.

"Sister, I think brother Shan is a good person. I wish you understand him and you both get along well.''

"Let's see. Shenaya said with a sigh.

As she was late to return home the day before, Shenaya unknowingly overslept. She woke up from her sleep due to the noise heard from the living room and sleepily sat on the bed with the blanket wrapped around her.

"Tanasha, bring me a coffee..." she shouted.

"Tanasha left the coffee here about an hour ago." She was startled as soon as she heard Shan's voice.

''How are you here?'' She narrowed her eyes because she couldn't believe seeing Shan sitting on a chair in front of her.

'' This is my home also now. So can I come here?'' he asked, giving her the cup of coffee.

'' Definitely possible.'' She said while taking a sip of coffee.

Shan got up from the chair and looked around the room. "You keep your room nice." Shan said teasingly.

"For the first time in my life, not only did a man enter my room, but I also had to be the subject of his jokes. ' she thought herself.

"Ahem... It's a mess these days because I have too much work.'' At that moment, she felt as if she had done something wrong and told the reasons for her freedom.

''Do you think you're still here without changing your clothes? My parents have come to see you. I think it's been about two hours since we arrived.'' He looked seriously at the clock.

'' My God! How did I forget that?''

She remembered that Shan's parents had told her that they would come home because she was going on a trip for two weeks, but she had forgotten.

Seeing Shenaya suddenly going to the bathroom, Shan thought , "I think I will be able to laugh a lot with you in the future."

Shenaya quickly dressed in a light pink dress and combed her hair loosely and went to the living room. She smiled brightly and sat down next to her father.

''Uncle Aunty... I mean , Mom and Dad, I'm sorry you had to wait so long, because of me. '' She looked at Shan's parents and said guiltily.

"It doesn't matter, daughter. We came about half an hour ago ." Shan's mother said with a smile.

''Half an hour!!! When she looked at Shan in shock , he gave her a mocking smile.

Shenaya was looking at him with clenched teeth, "You had dare to trick me. Wait and see. How can I make that your smile disappear?'' she said to herself.

Seeing the expression on Shenaya's face, Shan felt a strange feeling. He never thought that Shenaya was different from others. Not a little but a lot different.

Shenaya went to the kitchen after talking with them for a while. In that her mother made a cool drinks and gave it to her to serve.

"Sister, wait a minute. I will cut this cake." Then she went to where Tanasha was cutting the cake and took a piece. "Did you let Shan come to my room?" she asked.

''Umm.. it's... this...'' Tanasha stammered.

'' I thought. Who else has the dare to do so much without you?'' she said, pressing the piece of cake into Tanasha's mouth.

Tanasha swallowed hard and said, "Thank you for your compliment, sister."

'' Oh, it's a small thing, my fool sister,'' she said, smiling jokingly.

After Shenaya served cool drinks to everyone, she looked at Shan with great interest. Shan felt strange seeing Shenaya looking at him longingly.

Seeing how her sister was looking at Shan, Tanasha came to her and whispered , "Sister, there are two more weeks. Be patient. Don't you see that there are parents here?" What will those guys think if they see you looking at your brother like that?''

"You are stupid. What nonsense are you talking? I see how happy your brother-in-law is when he drinks the drink I made.'' she whispered.

Shenaya couldn't stop laughing after seeing how Shan's face changed after he took a sip. Then he swallowed the drink in his mouth with difficulty.

About an hour later, when Shan came there, Shenaya was making a report on the laptop from the bench.

'' what are you doing ?''

When she heard Shan's voice and looked back, she saw that his face was about a inch away from her. Then their eyes met. Looking directly into his deep black eyes, Shenaya realized the playfulness in his eyes. She came to her senses at that moment and looked at the laptop again saying "I..... I am making a report of this trip".

"Hmm" Shan sat down on the bench next to him.

In order to avoid the awkward between the two, Shenaya broke the silence and said, "How? Are you satisfied with my trick ?''

'' Of course. I have never drunk such a glass of delicious cool drink," he said and smirked.

"Now you have come to take revenge on me, it doesn't matter." As soon as she said that, Shan leaned towards her and teased her saying, "I have plenty of time to take revenge for that. I don't want to take revenge right now."

After Shan said that, she looked at him with wide eyes.

Seeing Shenaya looking at him in a dazed way, Shan said, "I was joking."

''Good joke.'' Shenaya smiled awkwardly.

It's not that, I forgot what I came to say. Ah... we are about going back home. Then travel carefully.'' Saying, Shan got up from the bench.

Shenaya looked at him and nodded as she had nothing to say.

Shan looked at her again and smiled before leaving.

'' What is the meaning of his strange smile? Didn't I even see properly?'' she said to herself.
