Chapter 21 - Foundation Building Stage

It took a while before Wang Tian was done looking at Liu Kong's possible future.

And it seems to be looking great.

Even if Wang Tian no longer takes care of Liu Kong, his future was still good.

After all, the first time Liu Kong was trying to absorb qi inside his dantian, it was just that. Just the process of absorbing.

But now, breaking through into the Foundation Building stage required someone to transform the qi inside their dantian into the liquid state.

And with the transformation, the liquid qi inside the dantian will be a few times more powerful than the wisp-state qi previously since liquid-state qi was obviously denser and more concentrated.

After Wang Tian saw that, he knew that Liu Kong had started his breakthrough.

Then, with a bit of help, Wang Tian use his Authority to gather the surrounding qi in this region to flow towards this place slowly.

He had to make it move slowly, or else all the cultivators in the area will notice. It would be troublesome if a lot of them came.

As more and more qi came here, Liu Kong's absorption of the qi from the air was getting faster.

However, Liu Kong was only focused on maintaining the vortex inside his dantian.

Usually, the people who were breaking through into the foundation stage prepared a lot of treasures and medicines to aid in gathering the required qi for a faster breakthrough. But since Wang Tian and Liu Kong didn't have anything of the sort, Wang Tian had to make do with using his power.

Soon, at the bottom of Liu Kong's dantian, drops of liquid qi were slowly gathering.

Liu Kong was overjoyed at seeing the liquid qi appearing. But he still maintains his focus on the vortex of qi.

Liu Kong would have to gather the drops of liquid qi to become a small pond inside his dantian.

At that point, he will truly advance and become a Foundation stage cultivator and strengthen his cultivation.

As time passes, the drops of qi inside Liu Kong were accumulating.

In just a few more hours, he would form a small pond inside his dantian.

As for Wang Tian, after he willed the qi in this region to come here, he didn't do anything else and just watch the process of the breakthrough.

With his powerful perception, Wang Tian could see the vortex and the slowly forming small pond inside Liu Kong's dantian with great clarity.

After looking at the process, Wang Tian reckoned that Liu Kong would need at least a few days or even a week before he could have a complete small pond of qi in the dantian without any external help.

A few hours later and Liu Kong suddenly lets out a shout.

"Ha!"

A mouthful of turbid qi was sent out of Liu Kong's mouth that immediately dispersed in the air.

Looking at Liu Kong's dantian, Wang Tian saw a small pond of qi inside of it.

Liu Kong successfully breakthrough into the Foundation Building stage.

However, Wang Tian thought the process was not that much.

He thought there would be some kind of explosive buildup, but it seems like his expectation was a bit high. From the look of it, the process was quite calm.

If Wang Tian could just master the Authority completely, he could access some of the laws and rules of the world. He could also look at the memories of the world about how the cultivators breakthrough.

But it seems like it would be for later.

A calm voice entered Liu Kong's mind while he was still stabilizing his cultivation.

After opening his eyes, Liu Kong immediately saw Wang Tian on the side and his eyes lit up.

"Thank you, teacher!" Liu Kong shouts excitedly.

"There is something I need to tell you." Wang Tian said suddenly.

"It is about time to tell you." a pause.

Liu Kong was confused at the sudden declaration from his teacher.

"It's time to tell you about your family."
